摘要: Methods, systems, and computer readable media for facilitating the use of wireless smart devices to purchase goods or services that are not available at a purchaser's location are provided. According to one aspect of the subject matter described herein, a method for facilitating the use of a wireless smart device to purchase goods or services is provided. The method includes providing a smart poster that advertises a good or service and is locatable in an area that is accessible by a potential purchaser of a good or service. The method includes directing, using a mechanism in or on the smart poster, the wireless smart device to access a section of an merchant's website specific to the good or service in response to the wireless smart device interfacing with the smart poster. The method further includes providing, via the wireless smart device, an option for the potential purchaser to purchase the good or service in a manner that bypasses a payment register in a retail location of the merchant.

摘要: Methods, systems, and computer program products for storing usual order preferences associated with a point of sale transaction involving an identification article. In one embodiment, the method includes receiving an initial order involving the use of an identification article for purchasing at least one good or service. As part of receiving the initial order, a query asking if the initial order is to be designated as a usual order is issued. The method also includes registering the initial order as the usual order if a received response to the query indicates a usual order designation and storing an indication of the usual order in a storage medium.

摘要: According to one aspect, the subject matter described herein includes a method for secure near field communication (NFC) of a non-secure memory element payload. The method includes receiving, at an NFC enabled mobile device and from a content provider, a payload. The method also includes storing the received payload in a non-secure memory element of the NFC enabled mobile device. The method further includes transferring the stored payload from the non-secure memory element of the NFC enabled mobile device to a secure memory element of the NFC enabled mobile device, wherein transferring the stored payload includes loading the stored payload into a secure reloadable payload instance. The method further includes establishing a NFC link between the NFC enabled mobile device and an NFC reader. The method further includes communicating, via the NFC link, the transferred payload from the secure reloadable payload instance to the NFC reader.

摘要: Methods, systems, apparatuses, and computer readable media for facilitating reservation for a parking space with a near field communications (NFC)-enabled device are provided. A system can include an NFC-enabled parking meter associated with a parking space and a controller in communication with the NFC-enabled parking meter for measuring time and processing payment. A system can include an NFC-enabled device that upon interfacing with the NFC-enabled parking meter communicates with the controller to create a reservation of a parking space.

摘要: An adaptor allows a magnetic stripe card reader to receive information from other media such as wireless proximity chip cards while maintaining the ability to receive a magnetic stripe card. In accordance with one embodiment, the adaptor includes a simulacrum structure of sufficiently narrow width to fit substantially permanently within the slot of the magnetic stripe reading device, while providing sufficient room for a magnetic stripe card to also be concurrently accommodated within the slot and read by the reader head. The simulacrum structure may be in electronic communication with one or more transceivers of wireless communications such as RF and IR.

摘要: Techniques for negotiation techniques for mobile personal trusted device financial transactions are provided. A user of a mobile personal trusted device sets user preferences that define the user's preferred parameters for conducting financial transactions. A merchant sets merchant preferences that define the merchant's preferred parameters for conducting financial transactions. When a financial transaction is initiated, a user preference and a merchant preferences are accessed. A negotiated preference is generated that accommodates both the user preference and the merchant preference. If the user preference and the merchant preference are not mutually exclusive, the negotiated preference attempts to satisfy both preferences. If the user preference and the merchant preference are mutually exclusive, the negotiated preference satisfies at least one of the two preferences based on which of the two preferences has a higher priority. The financial transaction is conducted based on the negotiated preference.
