    摘要: A building surface treatment biocide is provided for the treatment of offending bacteria, fungi, mycelium, spores and proteins on surfaces of common building materials, such as residential and commercial dwellings, office space, public schools, government buildings, modular buildings, and transportation systems. According to an embodiment of the invention, the biocide contains a nonionic surfactant, an antimicrobial agent, and a botanical extract of a plant selected from the Liliaceae and Cactus families, the extract retaining the active enzymes and amino acids of the plant. Also provided are methods of making and applying the biocide. Preferred application techniques include spray, atomization, and fumigation.

    摘要: A formulation containing specific GRAS-approved enzymes and ingredients is provided for preventing and inhibiting fungi and their proteins from forming on surface areas of common building materials, and for extending the time period for safer, healthier dwellings, office space, public schools, modular buildings, maritime and aviation equipment, and such, by reducing the known level of fungi and the corresponding exposure level to humans. The formulation is comprised of a combination of safe, plant- and vegetable-based, fungi-derived, non-toxic organic enzymes and catalysts, which works by degrading and neutralizing the offending fungi mycelium, spores and proteins on contact. The technology is defined as an anti-fungal resistance management technology used to control and remove fungi from common building materials. The enzyme formulation is applied by identified methods to include standard spray applications, atomization, and/or fuimigation.
