摘要: A process for producing a rubber-modified thermoplastic resin, which comprises polymerizing (B) 30-100% by weight of an aromatic alkenyl compound monomer and/or an alkyl (meth)acrylate monomer and (C) 70-0% by weight of at least one other monomer compound copolymerizable therewith, in the presence of (A) a hydrogenated diene copolymer obtained by hydrogenating a diene copolymer comprising a rndom copolymer of 50% by weight or more of at least one conjugated diene and 50% by weight or less of an alkenyl aromatic compound until at least 70% by weight of the olefinic unsaturation of the diene copolymer is hydrogenated. The hydrogenated diene copolymer (A) may be a hydrogenated copolymer consisting of an A-B block copolymer or an A-B-C block copolymer (A is an alkenyl aromatic compound polymer block, B is an alkenyl aromatic compound-conjugated diene random copolymer block, and C is a polymer block composed mainly of an alkenyl aromatic compound), wherein(i) the weight ratio of the alkenyl aromatic compound/the conjugated diene is 5-50/95-50,(ii) the total amount of the alkenyl aromatic compounds of the block A and the block C in the copolymer is 3-40% by weight, and(iii) the vinyl configuration content in the conjugated diene portion of the block B is 10-90%, and wherein at least 90% of the double bonds of the conjugated diene is saturated.

摘要: A refresh method for a semiconductor memory device features high noise resistance, lower power consumption, and lower cost. All word lines of one or more memory cell blocks that have not been selected in a self refresh mode are controlled to have a floating potential substantially at ground level. Even when a word line and a bit line are short-circuited, this control prevents destruction of memory cell information, which may be caused by noise, and also prevents generation of leakage current. A fuse, etc., for preventing generation of leakage current is unnecessary, so that lower cost is realized.

摘要: A semiconductor memory device that reduces the time for conducting a multiple word line selection test and operates stably. The semiconductor memory device includes memory cell blocks, row decoders, sense amps, block control circuits, and sense amp drive circuits. Each block control circuit generates a reset signal. The reset signal is used to select the word lines with the row decoders at timings that differ between the blocks. Each block control circuit provides the reset signal to the associated row decoder. The block control circuit also provides the reset signal to the associated sense amp drive circuit so that the sense amps are inactivated at timings that differ between the blocks.

摘要: A medical device includes a tubular body having a first lumen so designed as to receive a fluid from an opening at one end of the first lumen and discharge the fluid from an opening at the other end of the first lumen, and an expandable body attached to the tubular body. The first lumen communicates with the space inside the expandable body and the expandable body expands by the internal pressure of the fluid which is injected from the opening at one end and enters the space inside the expandable body through the first lumen.
