摘要: A battery-powered motor may include an electric motor, a controller, and a housing. The electric motor may be wound to enable the battery-powered motor to achieve a non-limited motor maximum motor revolutions per minute (RPM) for at least one specified battery. The controlling current may include limiting current to the electric motor at lower RPMs, and limiting the current to prevent the RPM of the electric motor from exceeding a limited maximum motor RPM which is lower than the non-limited motor maximum RPM. The housing may enclose the electric motor and the controller and the specified battery. The housing may have a form factor to engage with a machine that engages with an internal combustion engine that has a maximum engine RPM that is approximately the same as the limited maximum motor RPM.

摘要: An electrical device includes a motor having at least one coil, a first input configured to be coupled to a rechargeable direct current (DC) power source and a second input configured to be coupled to an alternating current (AC) power source. The device includes a motor control module that is operably connected to the motor, to the first input and to the second input. The motor control module is configured to deliver power from at least one of the rechargeable DC power source and the AC power source to the motor. The device includes a charge control circuit that is operably connected to the motor and to the second input, where the charge control circuit is configured to enable charging the rechargeable DC power source using energy from the AC power source and the at least one coil of the motor in a buck converter configuration.

摘要: The present invention is directed to a small push-type lawn mower that can be converted into a riding mower. The mower includes a platform at the rear of the mower deck, and its handle assembly that can be pivoted forward making room for a user to step onto the platform. The handle assembly includes controls that drive electric motors that power the rear wheels allowing the user to ride the mower. The handle assembly can be pivoted rearwardly so that the user can access and grab the handle assembly and push the mower as is well known.
