Abstract:
A boiler of a combustion plant has at least one heat exchanging device which can be traversed by a medium from an inlet to an outlet and is held in the interior of the boiler by means of at least one suspension device, wherein means for determining the temperature of the medium are provided at least at the inlet or at the outlet, and the at least one suspension device has means for determining the weight of the at least one heat exchanging device. Also proposed are a cleaning control device, a cleaning method and a method for operating a combustion plant which permit a considerable reduction in the cleaning expenditure, so that maintenance costs can be kept low.
Abstract:
A measuring device for a heat exchanger includes a pressure pipe arrangement that is spaced using webs and that has a heating side and an isolation side and that is implemented with at least one heat flow sensor. A heat flow sensor is arranged on the heating side in such a way that at least two temperatures T1 and T2 and the temperature difference thereof can be detected there, and additionally at least one temperature sensor for measuring a temperature T3 is arranged on the isolation side and at a distance to the heat flow sensor.

Abstract:
Certain techniques involve the use of a device including a fluid distributor which has at least one flow duct with an inlet opening and an outlet opening. The inlet opening can be connected to a supply line for a fluid. Means for moving the fluid distributor are provided. Additionally, means are provided for recording an environmental parameter through the outlet opening.

Abstract:
A measuring device for a heat exchanger includes a heat exchanger pressure pipe having a pipe wall with a circumference, and an indentation extending over and deforming a portion of the circumference. At least one thermocouple is disposed eccentrically in the portion of the circumference deformed by the indentation. Filling material fills the indentation. A method for producing a measuring device in a pressure pipe of a heat exchanger, a method for monitoring an operating state of a heat exchanger having a pressure pipe, a heat exchanger, and a method for measuring a heat flux, are also provided. The size of the indentation can be decreased for a given size of the thermocouple due to the eccentric configuration of the thermocouple, so that the heat flux is obstructed to a comparatively small degree by the pipe wall while local overheating of the pipe wall is prevented.

Abstract:
A water lance blower for cleaning heat installations includes a water lance moveably mounted with a mouth thereof at or in a hatch. The water lance can blow a jet of water through the heating installation, through which flames and/or flue gases are guided, to wall regions accessible from the hatch, during operation. The water lance is provided with at least one sensor for detecting at least one predeterminable measurement value for monitoring the quality of the water jet. A method for operating the water lance blower includes detecting and evaluating at least one parameter characteristic of the quality of the water jet as a measurement value during operation of the water lance blower. The method permits an evaluation of the cleaning effect of the water lance blower during operation and, if required, influencing of the same.
Abstract:
Techniques relate to a cleaning device for an interior of a thermal power plant carrying flue gases, especially a so-called soot blower. The cleaning device includes at least one rigid lance having a base and a lance add-on part which includes at least one nozzle, the lance add-on part being detachably connected to the base. At least the lance add-on part includes at least one sensor for measuring an environment parameter. The techniques further relate to a method for installing such a cleaning device and to a cleaning and monitoring method for defined areas of the interior of the thermal power plant.
