    摘要: A method and a system for monitoring the mass changes of a heat exchanger bank of a steam boiler. The heat exchanger bank is supported by hanger rods and support beams to the frame beams of the steam boiler. In the method, the web plates of the support beams are provided with strain gages for measuring the changes in the strain state generated in the support beams by the mass of the heat exchanger bank. The system can be constrained by time limits and/or rule based time limits. Actual blower activation is typically based on the current status of key control variables in the process which alter the actual activation time within a constraints system. The system does not typically require knowledge or models of specific cleanliness relationships. The result is a system without sequences or queues that readily adapts to changing system conditions.

    摘要: A method for cleaning and conditioning the water-steam circuit of a power plant, especially of a nuclear power plant, uses an amine as a film-forming agent. The amine is metered into the working medium circulating in the water-steam circuit. The film-forming agent forms a hydrophobic film on the surfaces of the circuit. During the process, the concentration of at least one impurity contained in the water and the concentration of the film-forming agent in at least in the feed water of the steam generator are measured and monitored. The concentration of the film-forming agent is varied, as needed, subject to the concentration of the impurity.

    摘要: A steam cooker includes: a heating chamber for an item to be cooked; a removable water tank; a steam generating device with a housing to which water is supplied from the water tank and that heats the water within the housing and supplies steam to the heating chamber. A hardness detection portion includes a plurality of electrodes immersed in water within the water tank that detect the hardness of the water within the water tank by resistance between the electrodes. When the hardness of the water within the water tank is high, the interval of cleaning is shorter than an interval set when the hardness detected is low.

    摘要: A method of controlling soot blowers near a heat exchange section includes generating models of both the ideal clean operating condition of the section and the dirty operating condition. The current operating condition of the section is used to calculate a reliability parameter that provides an indication of the reliability of the ideal and dirty models. If the reliability parameter indicates that the models are reliable, the models are used to help evaluate the cleanliness status of a particular heat exchange section and assist in making decisions on whether to blow the section or not, and whether to make any necessary adjustments to the operating sequence of the soot blowers. If the reliability parameter indicates that the models are unreliable, the models are regenerated using additional process data.
