摘要： A device for removing a clot from a vessel can have dual layers where an inner expandable body runs within an outer expandable body. The device can have a collapsed delivery configuration, an expanded deployed configuration, and a clot pinching configuration. The inner and outer bodies can be a plurality of cells formed by a network of struts. The openings of the cells align when the device is deployed within the clot, where the radial force from the expanding bodies urges portions of the clot through the openings. The inner and outer bodies can be configured to be selectively translatable relative to each other, so that the portions of the clot in the cell openings can be compressed and gripped when the translation transitions the device to the clot pinching configuration. The translation can be maintained to pinch the clot as it is retrieved from the patient.

摘要： A method and apparatus of aiding a physician in locating an area to perform an ablation on patients with atrial fibrillation (AFIB) includes receiving data at a machine, from at least one device, the data including information relating to a desired location for performing an ablation, generating, by the machine, an optimal location for performing the ablation based upon the data and inputs, and providing an optimal set of ablation parameters for performing the ablation at the location output by the model, or at a location specified by the physician.

The probe includes a location sensor and an ultra-sound imager. A push-pull anchoring system comprises a plurality of guides and wires that can extend beyond the guides and retract within the guides. When extended the wires diverge from the long axis sufficiently to engage a bronchus. The probe includes a balloon disposed on the distal segment contralateral to bore that when inflated urges the mouth of the bore into contact with the bronchial wall.
