摘要: A display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The display device includes a display panel, a heat dissipation layer, and a chip on film. The heat dissipation layer is on a non-display side of the display panel and includes a driving circuit arranging region and a peripheral region. The heat dissipation layer located in at least a part of the driving circuit arranging region is insulated from the heat dissipation layer located in the peripheral region. The chip on film is on a side of the heat dissipation layer away from the display panel and is in the driving circuit arranging region.

摘要: This disclosure provides a mask module, a method for manufacturing a film layer, and a method for manufacturing an organic electromagnetic light-emitting display panel. The mask module is configured to manufacture a display substrate. The display substrate has at least one display area. The display area has at least one island pattern. The mask module includes at least two open type masks. Each of the open type masks has an opening area corresponding to at least one of the display areas. The opening areas of the open type masks corresponding to the same display area are not overlapped with each other, and the open type masks are stitched to constitute a joint and a blocking structure. The joint has a shape as same as that of the display area, and the blocking structure has a shape as same as that of the island pattern.

摘要: Disclosed is a pixel circuit arranged in a display substrate, which comprises a first driving mode and a second driving mode. Content displayed in the display substrate comprises multiple display frames. In the first driving mode and the second driving mode, the display frames comprise refresh frames. A signal of a second scanning line is the same as that of a third scanning line. The time of which the signal of the second scanning line is an active level signal comprises a first refresh time period, a second refresh time period and a third refresh time period, which sequentially occur at intervals. During the second refresh time period, a signal of a first scanning line is an inactive level signal. The voltage of a signal at a reset voltage end is a positive voltage, and the voltage of a signal at a first initial voltage end is a negative voltage.

摘要: A wiring structure, a display substrate and a display device are provided, which belongs to the field of display technology. The wiring structure includes a plurality of hollow patterns connected successively. Each of the hollow patterns includes a first conductive part having a first pattern and a second conductive part having a second pattern. The first conductive part and the second conductive part are connected with each other, and the first pattern and the second pattern have different shapes. Because the wiring structure includes a plurality of hollow patterns connected successively, and the first conductive part and the second conductive part in each hollow pattern have different shapes, even if the conductive part of one shape in the wiring structure is broken in the process of bending, stretching and twisting, the conductive part of the other shape can also ensure good conductivity for the wiring structure.
