摘要: A conductive adhesive film is disclosed. The conductive adhesive film includes a first film layer and a conductive particle layer. The first film layer has a plurality of electrode contact regions and a non-contact region separating the plurality of electrode contact regions. The first film layer has a plurality of gap structures, and the plurality of gap structures are located at least in the non-contact region. The conductive particle layer is located on a side of the first film layer. The conductive particle layer includes conductive particles. An orthographic projection of the conductive particles on the first film layer overlaps with at least a portion of each electrode contact region.

摘要: A pressure sensitive adhesive surface that does not adhere to the adherend and can be positioned by sliding it under low pressure, while it can exert a sufficient adhesive force under a pressure above a certain level. The adhesive sheet includes an adhesive layer with a fine structure on a surface thereof. The fine structure includes a plurality of cone or frustum structures, with the cones or frustums having two or more parts joined to each other via an interface. A first part is present on a top of the cones or frustums and is formed from a non-adhesive or a weak adhesive material, and a second part is present below the first part and is formed from a strong adhesive material.

摘要: A method is provided for sealing discontinuities in vehicle bodywork, using an at least two-layer adhesive product which comprises at least one thermally activatable adhesive layer and a film layer of a polymeric material, where first the adhesive product is positioned with the adhesive layer onto the discontinuity for sealing, the adhesive layer sealingly wets the discontinuity, optionally after temperature increase, at elevated temperature the thermal activation of the adhesive ensues, characterized in that the adhesive layer used comprises a layer of a thermally activatable adhesive, specifically a layer based on a vulcanizable adhesive, and the thermal activation takes place with vulcanization of the adhesive.

摘要: The application provides a product with a protective coating and a manufacturing method thereof. Prepare a first precursor dispersion comprising a first active organic precursor, and the first active organic precursor is a fluorine-free monomer. Prepare a second precursor dispersion comprising a second active organic precursor, and the second active organic precursor is a fluorine-containing monomer. Apply the first precursor dispersion to a product body, and dry the applied first precursor dispersion to form a first dried layer. Apply the second precursor dispersion to the first dried layer to cover the first dried layer, and dry the applied second precursor dispersion to form a second dried layer, so that the first active organic precursor and the second active organic precursor are polymerized to obtain a product with a protective coating.

An adhesive resin laminate having at least a first adhesive layer and a second adhesive layer, in which the first adhesive layer includes a base resin and a crosslinking agent, the base resin is a modified polyolefin resin, the crosslinking agent is an epoxy-based compound, the second adhesive layer includes a polyolefin-based resin, and when an adhesion initiation temperature of the first adhesive layer is set to T1, and an adhesion initiation temperature of the second adhesive layer is set to T2, T2 is higher than T1 by 30° C. or more.

摘要: In devices with flexible displays, multilayer adhesive stacks may be included. A multilayer adhesive may attach a flexible display panel to the display cover layer in an electronic device. Including multiple layers of adhesive in the adhesive stack (as opposed to a single layer) provides more degrees of freedom for the tuning and optimization of the properties of the adhesive stack. The multilayer adhesive stack therefore has better performance than if only a single layer of adhesive is used. The multilayer adhesive stack may include one or more layers of soft adhesive, hard adhesive, hard elastomer, hard polymer, and/or glass to optimize the mechanical and optical performance of the multilayer adhesive stack. Soft adhesive layers may be included to optimize lateral decoupling (e.g., during folding and unfolding) of the adhesive stack. Harder layers may be included to provide rigidity and prevent denting during impact events.

摘要: A multilayer pressure-sensitive adhesive foam tape that includes: a pressure-sensitive adhesive polymeric foam layer having a first major surface and a second major surface, wherein the polymeric foam comprises: a poly(meth)acrylate derived from a (meth)acrylate-based (co)polymer component having a weight-average molecular weight (Mw) no greater than 500,000 g/mol and comprising at least one reactive functional group (X); and an optional additive selected from the group consisting of a density-reducing solid filler, a tackifier, a VOC scavenger, an odor absorber (particularly, activated carbon), a stabilizer, a rheological modifier, a thixotropic compound, and a combination thereof; a first pressure-sensitive adhesive skin layer adjacent the first major surface of the foam layer; and a second pressure-sensitive adhesive skin layer adjacent the second major surface of the foam layer.
