Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a battery casing, a method for manufacturing the same, and a device including a battery casing. A battery casing includes a casing body, a plurality of battery cells accommodated in the casing body, and a fire protection plate which is disposed inside the casing body at least corresponding to the plurality of battery cells and includes a thermal aerosol fire protection layer which includes an aerosol generating agent, wherein a total mass A of the aerosol generating agent in the casing body and a free space volume B of the casing body satisfy a relationship as represented by 0.03 g/L≤A/B≤8 g/L.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a battery box, the battery box comprises a box body, batteries, an insulating film and an adhesive. Each battery comprises a case. The insulating film covers the case of each battery and is provided with an opening. The adhesive is provided between the battery and the box body. The σ1, σ2, A1 and A meet a following relationship A - A 1 A · σ 2 + A 1 A · σ 1 ≥ 7.2 ⁢ ⁢ Mpa . The insulating film ensures the insulation performance, and because the insulating film is provided with the opening, a portion of the adhesive bonds the case to the box body at the opening, a portion of the adhesive bonds the insulating film to the box body at the outside of the opening, therefore the bonding strength between the battery and the box body is improved, thereby improving the overall strength. Moreover, because σ1, σ2, A1 and A meet the above relationship, the battery box ensures the safety performance.

Abstract: This application discloses a battery box, including a battery case and a plurality of batteries accommodated in the battery case. The batteries are bonded to an inner wall of the battery case by using an adhesive, a coefficient of thermal expansion of the adhesive is α in units of ppm/° C., a coefficient of thermal conductivity of the adhesive is β in units of W/mK, and a ratio of α and β meet a relation of 15≤α/β≤80. In the battery box in this application, the battery case and the plurality of batteries accommodated in the battery case are bonded by using the adhesive. When the coefficient of thermal conductivity of the adhesive matches the coefficient of thermal expansion, heat conduction requirements of the battery box can be satisfied, and the adhesive can also be prevented from cracking or peeling off under heat stress due to alternating temperatures during use of the battery box, thereby improving safety performance of the battery box.
