    Abstract: The present application relates to the field of battery production techniques and, particularly relates to an end plate for battery module and a battery module. The end plate includes a panel, an elastic member and a buffer plate, the panel and the buffer plate are stacked, a supporting hole is defined in the buffer plate, the supporting hole is a through hole along a thickness direction of the buffer plate, the elastic member is filled in the supporting hole, and an end of the elastic member abuts against the panel tinder such structure, the end plate can be avoided from directly squeezing the cell in the battery module, so as to protect the cell and guarantee safety of the battery module.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a battery box, the battery box comprises a box body, batteries, an insulating film and an adhesive. Each battery comprises a case. The insulating film covers the case of each battery and is provided with an opening. The adhesive is provided between the battery and the box body. The σ1, σ2, A1 and A meet a following relationship A - A 1 A · σ 2 + A 1 A · σ 1 ≥ 7.2 ⁢ ⁢ Mpa . The insulating film ensures the insulation performance, and because the insulating film is provided with the opening, a portion of the adhesive bonds the case to the box body at the opening, a portion of the adhesive bonds the insulating film to the box body at the outside of the opening, therefore the bonding strength between the battery and the box body is improved, thereby improving the overall strength. Moreover, because σ1, σ2, A1 and A meet the above relationship, the battery box ensures the safety performance.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a battery module. The battery module comprises: a plurality of mono-batteries arranged along an arrangement direction; and a frame receiving and fixing the plurality of mono-batteries. The battery module further comprises a plurality of isolating plates, each isolating plate is interposed between two adjacent mono-batteries, each isolating plate is provided with a through hole penetrating along the arrangement direction. Each isolating plate is configured to be capable of self-foaming to make a volume of each isolating plate expanded when each isolating plate is heated and a temperature of each isolating plate is more than 200° C. When one mono-battery suffers thermal runaway, the through hole of each isolating plate can form air thermal resistance, thereby preventing heat generated by the runaway mono-battery from massively and quickly transferring to the large surfaces of the adjacent mono-batteries, so as to achieve the purpose of thermal isolation.

Meanwhile, it makes a covering area of the insulating film on the battery meet the requirement of the insulating strength, thereby ensuring the safety performance.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a battery module including a plurality of batteries arranged sequentially in a length direction and a cushion pad disposed between two adjacent batteries in the length direction. The cushion pad can include a main body portion and an extending portion extending outwardly from an end surface of the main body portion in a height direction. The extending portion can include a pair of convex portions and a concave portion between the pair of convex portions. The design can ensure that the cushion pad does not exceed the corresponding surface of the battery in the height direction when pressed, and thus does not affect the flatness of the corresponding surface of the battery.
