Abstract: The present application provides a battery pack and a spraying system thereof. The spraying system comprises: a spraying pipeline configured to circulate a fire-fighting fluid circulation, the spraying pipeline being capable of forming an opening after being heated; and a first gas storage portion configured to store a compressed gas, where the compressed gas in the first gas storage portion is capable of driving the fire-fighting fluid in the spraying pipeline to be discharged under the action of gas pressure. In the present application, the gas pressure of the compressed gas in the first gas storage portion can provide the power for discharging the fire-fighting fluid from the opening of the spraying pipeline, such that the fire-fighting fluid can be continuously discharged from the spraying pipeline, and there is a large flow rate in the discharging process, so as to ensure that the spraying system has a good spraying effect.

Abstract: The present application is provided with a fluid storage apparatus of a battery pack, including: a box, where the box has an inner cavity; a partition member, where the partition member is located in the inner cavity of the box, and the partition member divides the box into a fluid storage portion and a gas storage portion. The fluid storage portion is used to store spraying liquid and the fluid storage portion has a fluid outlet; the gas storage portion is used to store gas and the gas storage portion has a fluid inlet. And the partition member is configured to move toward the fluid outlet under the action of compressed gas in the gas storage portion.

Abstract: The application discloses a battery pack, vehicle and control method for alleviating thermal runaway spreading of a battery pack. The battery pack includes a plurality of secondary batteries and a spray pipeline. A housing of the secondary battery includes a weakened portion, so that a heat flow resulting from thermal runaway of the secondary battery is able to break through the weakened portion to be discharged. The spray pipeline is corresponding to weakened portions of the secondary batteries and is arranged at a spacing B from the weakened portions of the secondary batteries. At least a portion of the spray pipeline corresponding to the weakened portions is a breakthrough region which is able to form an opening under an action of the heat flow. The spray medium in the spray pipeline is sprayed to a secondary battery in thermal runaway via the opening.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a spray system for a battery pack and a battery pack. The spray system includes a spray pipeline configured to circulate a spray liquid and form an opening when being heating, a liquid storage device communicating with the spray pipeline, and a driving device including a driving component and an elastic component connected to the driving component. The driving component, under an elastic force applied by the elastic component, drives the spray liquid in the liquid storage device to flow into the spray pipeline. In the present spray system, the spray liquid not only in the spray pipeline but in the liquid storage device can be discharged to spray, thereby improving the spray effect, preventing the heat flow generated when the one battery unit is thermally out of control from spreading to the adjacent battery units, and improving the safety of the battery pack.
