The first connecting piece includes a first electrode terminal connecting portion, a first electrode tab connecting portion and a first fusing portion. The secondary battery further comprises an insulating piece arranged on the first connecting piece to prevent direct physical contact between the first electrode tab and the first electrode terminal connecting portion by covering at least an edge of the first electrode terminal connecting portion.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to an insulation plate for a secondary battery and a secondary battery. The insulation plate includes two side portions and a top portion between the two side portions. Each of the two side portion includes a transverse covering portion and a longitudinal covering portion that are used to cover a transverse transition part and a longitudinal transition part of an electrode assembly of the secondary battery, respectively. During placing the electrode assembly into a case of the secondary battery, since transition parts of the electrode assembly are covered by the insulation plate, the transition parts of the electrode assembly are prevented from directly contacting the case, thereby reducing the possibility of being scratched and rubbed by the opening of the case. Therefore, electrical connection between negative and positive electrode plates of the electrode assembly is avoided and thus the reliability of the secondary battery is improved.

摘要: Embodiments of the present application relate to the technical field of batteries, and provide a water cooling assembly, a battery pack, and a device in order to solve the technical problem of low cooling efficiency of a cooling assembly of a battery pack. The water cooling assembly is configured to cool a cell, and includes: a body portion having a cooling channel for receiving a coolant; a first connecting portion connected to the body portion and having a communication cavity for introducing or draining the coolant; and a second connecting portion arranged between the body portion and the first connecting portion and having an inner cavity for communicating the cooling channel with the communication cavity. An end face of the inner cavity close to the cooling channel has a cross-sectional area greater than that of an end face of the communication cavity close to the inner cavity.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to technical field of energy storage devices, and in particular, to a secondary battery and a vehicle. The secondary battery includes a top cover plate, electrode terminals disposed on the top cover plate, at least one electrode assembly including a main body and a plurality of conductive portions extending from the main body. The plurality of conductive portions is stacked and forms a tab, and the main body is formed by winding a first electrode plate, a second electrode plate and a separator disposed between the first electrode plate and the second electrode plate. The secondary battery also includes connecting pieces for connecting the tab to the electrode terminal. The tabs extend from one side of the main body viewed in thickness direction and are bent with respect to height direction and is connected to the connecting piece.

The electrode component includes an electrode body, a conductive structure, and a reinforcement structure. The electrode body includes an insulating substrate and a conductive layer disposed on surfaces of the insulating substrate, the conductive layer includes a first portion coated with an active material and a second portion extending from the first portion and uncoated with the active material. The conductive structure is connected to the second portion. The reinforcement structure reinforces the conductive structure on the second portion. According to the present disclosure, by reinforcing the conductive structure connected to the second portion of the electrode component having the insulating substrate by the reinforcing structure, the reliability of the arrangement of the conductive structure on the second portion can be effectively improved.
