摘要: A method for preventing gate to source/drain bridging and reducing junction leakage by preventing defects in the source/drain region in the fabrication of a silicided polysilicon gate is described. A polysilicon gate electrode on a semiconductor substrate and associated source and drain regions within the semiconductor substrate are provided wherein spacers are formed on the sidewalls of the gate electrode. A layer of titanium is deposited over the gate electrode, spacers and source and drain regions within the semiconductor substrate. Arsenic ions are implanted into the titanium layer. The semiconductor substrate is annealed for a first time whereby the titanium layer is transformed into a titanium silicide layer except where the titanium layer overlies the spacers. The titanium layer overlying the spacers is stripped to leave the titanium silicide layer only on the top surface of the gate electrode and on the top surface of the semiconductor substrate overlying the source and drain regions. The semiconductor substrate is annealed for a second time whereby the titanium silicide is transformed into a lower resistance phase. An insulating layer is deposited over the surface of the semiconductor substrate covering the gate electrode. Metallization with electrical connections is provided to complete the fabrication of the integrated circuit device.

摘要: The invention relates to a scraper structure, which is generally comprised of a long handle for handgrip and a scraping section in its front. Basically, the scraping section of the scraper is comprised of a jaw plate, a blade, a fastener and a fastening button. The front end of the scraping section extends downward or forward to form a blade slot and has a jaw base at the bottom to connect to the blade slot. The jaw plate has identical shape to the clamp jaw in the front of the jaw base. The fastener and the fastening button are combined to provide tightening and enable the clamp jaw in the front of the jaw plate to exert great pressure onto the blade and achieve quick blade replacement and assembly. Further, the fastening button can exert more force by the front hand in grasping the handle and achieve powerful scraping.

摘要: The invention is related to a scraping tool that can be assembled and replaced for scraper blade quickly. The scraping tool in general comprises a stick for hand grasp and a scraping section in the front. The invention mainly uses an arm of suitable length extended from the back end of a jaw clamp toward the middle. It uses fasteners to be located inside the groove in the back of the scraping section. The fastener is also used as pivot for the arm to swing back and forth. On the arm in the back of the jaw clamp, there is a control button that provides vertical pushing force in the back of the jaw clamp and allows strong clamping force in the front of the jaw clamp onto the scraper blade to achieve stable assembly and fast replacement for scraper blade.

摘要: The invention is related to a noninvasive pulse measurement system with constant pressure for extremities of a human, and the constant pressure is modulated among 30 to 120 mmHg. There are an auto-mode and a manual mode for measurement algorithm. The auto-mode completes measurement and recording processes automatically during 2 minutes and pressurizes the system from low pressure (30 mmHg) to high pressure (120 mmHg) with 10 mmHg gradient every 5 seconds while the manual mode completes measurement and recording processes during a long time under a user's setting. Moreover, by a post-treatment of the system, the system is able to obtain continuous pulse signals, continuous pulse differential signals, and continuous pulse integral signals that are useful for Chinese medicine to evaluate and monitor the user's cardio-physiology and circulatory system.

摘要: The invention relates to a scraper blade assembly structure. The scraper includes a stem for hand grip and a scraping section in the front. The scraping section includes a jaw plate, a blade and a fastening button. The jaw plate extends backward to form an arm. The jaw plate is attached to the inside of the jaw plate groove of the scraping section by a fastener that also serves as a lever pivot for swinging back and forth. When a fastening button goes into the inside of the jaw plate of the scraping section, it pushes the inner side of the arm of the jaw plate, and so as to generate a great holding power for the front of the jaw plate. Further, the fastening button can be a handle protruding from one side of the scraping section.
