摘要: A color filter (CF) substrate, a manufacturing method thereof and a display panel are provided. The manufacturing method of the substrate includes: providing a base substrate; and forming a black matrix layer and a plurality of first sub-pixel units on the base substrate, wherein the black matrix layer and the plurality of first sub-pixel units are made of photoresist of a same material, the material of the photoresist includes an irreversible thermochromic pigment, the photoresist is changed into black color upon being heated, and a color of the photoresist before color change is the same as a color of the first sub-pixel units.

摘要: A color filter substrate, a manufacturing method thereof, and a corresponding display panel. The manufacturing method of the color filter substrate includes: providing a substrate; forming an array of a plurality of pixel units on the substrate, wherein each pixel unit comprises a first sub-pixel, a second sub-pixel and at least two third sub-pixels, the at least two third sub-pixels being made of an irreversible temperature-sensitive pigment; and performing a temperature-variation treatment on one third sub-pixel in each pixel unit such that the one third sub-pixel changes color and becomes a fourth sub-pixel.

The method for manufacturing a color filter substrate includes: providing a base substrate; and forming a black matrix layer and the plurality of color pixel units on the base substrate, wherein the forming of the plurality of color pixel units includes: depositing an irreversible temperature-change material on the base substrate; and heating the irreversible temperature-change material to form sub-pixel units of at least two colors in the color pixel unit.

摘要: To construct a display substrate, a first metal connection part is formed on a first surface of a base substrate, extending to a first surface edge region, and a second metal connection part is formed on a second surface of the base substrate opposite to the first surface, extending to a second surface edge region. A flexible film formed on the first surface is patterned to expose a portion of the first surface edge region, aligned with the first metal connection part. A portion of the base substrate covered by the first surface edge region is removed. A portion of the flexible film in the first surface edge region is bent to cover at least a portion of a sidewall of the base substrate. A sidewall metal connection part is formed to electrically connect the first and second metal connection parts, and the flexible film is removed.

摘要: A method of manufacturing a low temperature polycrystalline silicon thin film and a thin film transistor, a thin film transistor, a display panel and a display device are provided. The method includes: forming an amorphous silicon thin film (01) on a substrate (1); forming a pattern of a silicon oxide thin film (02) covering the amorphous silicon thin film (01), a thickness of the silicon oxide thin film (02) located at a preset region being larger than that of the silicon oxide thin film (02) located at other regions; and irradiating the silicon oxide thin film (02) by using excimer laser to allow the amorphous silicon thin film (01) forming an initial polycrystalline silicon thin film (04), the initial polycrystalline silicon thin film (04) located at the preset region being a target low temperature polycrystalline silicon thin film (05). The polycrystalline silicon thin film has more uniform crystal size.
