摘要: A Network Reporting Entity (NRE) and a User Equipment (UE) as well as a respective method therein for use in a wireless communication network for enabling controlling data transfer between the UE and a network cache are provided. The NRE receives, from the UE, a request to start reporting network status and transmits, to the UE, information regarding the status of the network, the information pertaining to whether network condition is in a state where a data transfer is preferred or not, wherein the NRE obtains the information regarding the status of the network from the Network Conditions Information Entity (NCIE). In this manner, the UE is enabled to control the data transfer between the UE and the network cache.

摘要: A method and apparatus for sending user plane traffic via a node located between a base station and a Serving Gateway in a mobile telecommunications network. The base station receives a message containing tunneling protocol information identifying the Serving Gateway. It sends a second message towards the node, the second message including tunneling protocol information identifying the base station and the Serving Gateway. The base station receives a third message from the node, the third message including tunneling protocol information for the base station to use towards the node, and tunneling protocol information for the Serving Gateway to use towards the node. A fourth message is sent, which includes tunneling protocol information for the Serving Gateway to use towards the node. User plane traffic can then be sent between the base station and the Serving Gateway via the node.

摘要: A mechanism and method for dynamic trim of the floating position of a fast moving, planing or semi-planing ship hull is suggested, wherein a fully submerged hydro foil (1) is pivotally arranged in a stem portion of the ship and continuously adjustable relative to the angle of attack of the hydro foil for generating a wave, the wave having a length, a width and a depth related to the length, the tonnage and the cruising speed of the ship, wherein the hydro foil is designed relative to the wave so that the wave width is controlled by a span width (a), the wave length is controlled by a chord length (b), and the wave depth is controlled by a load (p) of the hydro foil.

摘要: One aspect pertains to a method of enabling an Evolved Packet Core (EPC) network to implement predetermined Quality of Service (QoS) resource policies applied to subscriber/service groups operating via the network. The method comprises receiving a request for QoS resources to be provided to a bearer for traffic of a user of a subscriber/service group from which the request originated. A Resource Class (RC) parameter is assigned to the request. The RC parameter identifies a resource partition and the originating subscriber/service group, A Gx-Request that includes the RC parameter is forwarded to the EPC network to invoke application of the requested QoS resources so as to establish a bearer in accordance with the predetermined policies identifiable from the RC. Other aspects pertain to EPC network nodes configured accordingly.
