摘要: The present application provides a top cover of a power battery and the power battery. The top cover of the power battery includes a first electrode unit and a second electrode unit, the second electrode unit includes a deformable plate, an insulation piece and a conductive plate, the top cover plate is provided with a deformable plate connecting hole, the deformable plate seals the deformable plate connecting hole, the insulation piece is located underneath the top cover plate, the insulation piece is connected with the top cover plate, the conductive plate is insulated from and fixed with the top cover plate through the insulation piece and is electrically connected with the deformable plate. The power battery includes the above top cover of the power battery. The power battery provided by the present application can effectively prevent breaking, losing efficacy or deformation of the conductive plate during using process.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a cap assembly for a secondary battery and a secondary battery. The cap assembly for the secondary battery includes a cap plate having an electrode lead-out hole; and a terminal assembly including a terminal board, a fixing member, a deformable sheet, a conductive sheet and an isolator, wherein the deformable sheet is attached to the terminal board; the conductive sheet includes a first portion provided between the terminal board and the cap plate; the terminal board is fixed to a side of the cap plate through the fixing member and covers the electrode lead-out hole, and the terminal board is electrically connected with the first portion through the deformable sheet; the deformable sheet is configured to deform to be electrically disconnected from the first portion in response to an increase in a pressure inside the secondary battery.

摘要: The invention provides a secondary battery which comprises a cap plate and at least one cell. The secondary battery further comprises connecting pieces, each connecting piece is parallel to the cap plate and positioned at an inside of the cap plate in a thickness direction of the cap plate, a longitudinal direction of each connecting piece is parallel to a length direction of the cap plate, a transverse direction of each connecting piece is parallel to a width direction of the cap plate. Each connecting piece has: a tab welding portion for being welded to the corresponding tab of each cell; and an electrode terminal welding portion connected to the tab welding portion along the longitudinal direction of each connecting piece for being welded to the corresponding electrode terminal of the cap plate so as to electrically connect the corresponding electrode terminal and the corresponding tab of each cell.

The sealing area for deforming space encloses the via-hole and the gas-guide hole, the sealing area for electrode terminal enclose the second electrode terminal.
