摘要: A valve for forming a passage through an inside and an outside of a packaging container constituted by resin molded articles or films are in communication with each other includes a breakable valve that's arranged to block the passage and splits open when internal pressure of the packaging container increases due to gas generated inside the packaging container, a check valve that's arranged on a secondary side located on an outer side to the breakable valve in the passage and through which the gas is discharged from the inside of the packaging container to the outside thereof according to internal pressure of the packaging container after the breakable valve has split open, and an attachment portion that delimits at least a portion of the passage and is fixed to the packaging container in a state of being sandwiched between the resin molded articles or the films constituting the packaging container.

摘要: A method for producing a battery packaging material, the method including the steps of: providing a battery packaging material including a laminate in which at least a base material layer, a metal layer, and a sealant layer containing a polyolefin resin are laminated in this order; and confirming that the intensity ratio X=P/Q is in the range of 0.05 to 0.80 where P is a peak intensity P at 1650 cm−1 originating from C═O stretching vibration of the amide group of an amide-based lubricant, and Q is a peak intensity Q at 1460 cm−1 originating from bending vibration of the group —CH2— of the polyolefin resin, each of which is measured from an absorption spectrum obtained by splitting reflected light in irradiation of the surface of the sealant layer with an infrared ray, and P/Q is a ratio of the peak intensity P to the peak intensity Q.

摘要: To provide a technique for a battery-packaging material made of a film-form laminate in which at least a base material layer, an adhesive layer, a metal layer, and a sealant layer are laminated successively, wherein: electrolytic solution resistance is further improved by including a polyester film in the base material layer; cracks and pinholes are less likely to be created at the time of forming the polyester-film-including base material layer; and formability is improved. This battery-packaging material is made of a laminate in which at least a base material layer, an adhesive layer, a metal layer, and a sealant layer are laminated successively, wherein: the base material layer includes a polyester film; and the metal layer is an aluminum foil in which the 0.2% proof stress at the time of performing a tensile test in a direction parallel to the rolling direction is from 55 to 140 N/mm2.

A1 is a stress in elongation by 10% in the MD direction and B1 is a stress in elongation by 10% in the TD direction in the laminate, and A2 is a stress in elongation by 10% in the MD direction and B2 is a stress in elongation by 10% in the TD direction in the base material layer.

摘要: A packaging material for batteries, which is not susceptible to the formation of a pinhole or cracking during the forming, while having excellent formability, and is effectively suppressed in curling after the forming, which is formed of a laminate with at least a base layer, an adhesive layer, a metal layer and a thermally fusible resin layer in this order, and wherein: the tensile modulus of elasticity of the base layer in one direction and the tensile modulus of elasticity of the base layer in a perpendicular direction in the same plane are both within the range of from 400 N/15 mm to 1,000 N/15 mm (inclusive); and the absolute value of the difference between the tensile modulus of elasticity of the base layer in the one direction and the tensile modulus of elasticity of the base layer in the other is 150 N/15 mm or less.

Aluminum alloy foil, which is for use in battery packaging material, wherein, with respect to cross section obtained by cutting aluminum alloy foil in vertical direction to rolling direction of aluminum alloy foil, which is a vertical direction to surface of aluminum alloy foil, proportion of total area of a {111} plane in total area of crystal planes of face-centered cubic structure, obtained by performing crystal analysis using EBSD method, is 10% or more; and with respect to cross section, a number average grain diameter R (μm) of crystals in face-centered cubic structure, obtained by performing crystal analysis using EBSD method, satisfies following equation: number average grain diameter R≤0.056X+2.0, where X=thickness (μm) of aluminum alloy foil.

摘要: A battery includes a battery element, a housing body, and a valve device. The housing body is constituted by at least one laminate and includes an interior space in which the battery element is housed, a first housing portion that covers the interior space from a first side, and a second housing portion that covers the interior space from a second side. The valve device is attached to the housing body and can make interior space of housing body be in communication with an external space. A joined edge portion is formed in housing body as a result of the first and second housing portion being fused along respective peripheral edge portions. The valve device is sandwiched between the first and second housing portion in the joined edge portion, and an inner end of the valve device protrudes from an inner edge of joined edge portion toward the interior space.
