摘要: Provided is a sheet-shaped mold possessing a high strength and having a low breakage rate in demolding even in a case where the mold is thin and has a large-area. The sheet-shaped mold is prepared by combining a cured silicone rubber containing a polyorganosiloxane and a fiber for reinforcing the cured silicone rubber. The fiber may comprise a cellulose nanofiber. The sheet-shaped mold may have an uneven pattern on at least one surface (or side) thereof. The fiber may be surface-treated with a hydrophobizing agent. The fiber may forma nonwoven fabric, and the nonwoven fabric may be impregnated with the cured silicone rubber. The cured silicone rubber may comprise a two-component curable silicone rubber having a polydimethylsiloxane unit. The sheet-shaped mold may be a mold for nanoimprint lithography using a photo-curable resin.

摘要: The present invention provides a laminated body obtained by bonding a thinned glass plate and a resin film with an adhesive agent, the laminated body having excellent bending resistance. The laminated body according to an embodiment of the present invention comprising a structure having a glass plate with a thickness of 150 μm or less and a resin film laminated with an adhesive layer; the laminated body having a bending resistance based on a test below of 10 or greater. Bending Resistance Test: in the case where a set of operation includes bending a laminated body for 180° from a state where the laminated body is stretched, in a direction that makes a surface of a glass plate concave and a bending radius 3 mm and then stretching the laminated body again, an index of the bending resistance is the number of sets of the operation until the laminated body cracks when the operation was performed at a rate of 43 sets per minute.

摘要: Used as a heat transport medium to be transported with a fluid that is liquid in an operating temperature range is a medium in which a latent heat storage material is penetrated in a porous material, wherein the latent heat storage material is incompatible with the fluid and has a melting point within the operating temperature range, and the porous material has a liquid repellency to the fluid, an affinity for the latent heat storage material, and a sponge hardness of not more than 50. This achieves stable heat transport with a high heat conversion efficiency even by circulating the medium through a pipeline over a long period of time. The porous material may have continuous pores. The porous material may have a void ratio of not less than 50%. The porous material has an apparent density of about 0.05 to 0.5 g/cm3. The ratio of the latent heat storage material is about 100 to 5000 parts by weight relative to 100 parts by weight of the porous material. The porous material may contain a water-repellent lipophilic resin. The porous material may have a polyorganosiloxane skeleton.
