摘要: A stator core and a rotor core are provided. The stator core includes field windings receiving a direct current, and armature windings receiving an alternating current. Permanent magnets, each housed in one of the slots together with ones of the field windings, and in contact with the ones of the field windings, are provided. The field windings are provided on both of inner and outer circumferential sides of the permanent magnets.

摘要: An electric motor includes a rotor and a stator including a stator core, a plurality of armature windings, a plurality of field windings, and a plurality of bonded magnets. The stator core has a plurality of teeth alternately defining field slots and armature slots along a circumferential direction, and a stator yoke magnetically coupling the plurality of teeth opposite the rotor. Each armature winding is wound around two of the teeth sandwiched between an adjacent pair of the armature slots. Each field winding is wound around two of the teeth sandwiched between an adjacent pair of the field slots. The magnets are individually located in the field slots while opposing the field windings in the radial direction. Each adjacent pair of the magnets along the circumferential direction respectively has an adjacent pair of pole surfaces, with the adjacent pair of pole surfaces having a same polarity.

摘要: Disclosed herein is a method for manufacturing a rotor, the method including an injection process of injecting a bonded magnet material into a cavity of a molding die generating a magnetic field in the cavity so that the bonded magnet material is poured into each of the magnet slots in the rotor core set in the cavity through one of openings of each magnet slot, wherein the molding die used in the injection process has gates which respectively open at positions corresponding to regions, each of which ensures a view from the one of openings to the other opening of the magnet slot along an axial center of the rotor core.

摘要: A field element has permanent magnets embedded in a core and extending in the axial direction parallel to a rotation axis. Both a magnetic pole face of the permanent magnet close to an armature and a magnetic pole face away from the armature show arcs concaved toward an armature side. A radius of an arc shown by the magnetic pole face away from the armature is larger than a radius of an arc shown by the magnetic pole face close to the armature. Further, a focal point of the arc shown by the magnetic pole face away from the armature is further away from the permanent magnet than a focal point of the arc shown by the magnetic pole face close to the armature. Also, the focal points and the rotation axis are arranged on one straight line as viewed from the axial direction.

Each of the stator iron cores includes a circular back yoke and a stator claw magnetic pole that protrudes from the back yoke in a rotor radial direction. The interphase insulating member includes an insulating portion, arranged between adjacent ones of the stator iron cores, and a support. The stator claw magnetic pole is in contact with the support in at least one of a rotor circumferential direction and the rotor radial direction.

摘要: A radial gap type rotating electrical machine includes a field and an armature. The field includes a permanent magnet and a magnetic ring which serves as a back yoke of the permanent magnet. The magnetic ring is provided at a position farther from the armature than the permanent magnet, and includes a recess at a magnetic pole center. 摘要: A rotor includes a core and two or more ribs. The core has a through hole group that includes three or more through holes arranged in a circumferential direction. The through hole group is formed through a predetermined magnetic pole. The two or more ribs are configured as portions of the core, with each rib being interposed between adjacent through holes. A first of the ribs has a first inclination with respect to a magnetic pole centerline. A second of the ribs has a second inclination with respect to the magnetic pole centerline. The second inclination is larger than the first inclination. The magnetic pole centerline is a straight line that passes through a radial center line of the magnetic pole and an axial center of the rotor. The first rib is narrower than the second rib.
