摘要: A control apparatus of a rotary electric machine includes a rotor; a stator including a multiphase stator winding provided with conductor portions arranged in a circumferential direction thereof. The rotary electric machine is configured of any one of a first configuration having a first inter-conductor member using a magnetic material; a second configuration having a second inter-conductor member using a non-magnetic material; and a third configuration having no inter-conductor member. The control apparatus includes: a drive circuit with switching elements provided for each phase, supplying power to the multiphase stator winding; and a control unit controlling the drive circuit such that a period where a conduction ratio of the switching elements for one phase in the drive circuit is maintained at a constant value is more than or equal to 120 degrees and less than 180 degrees in electrical angle.

摘要: A drive apparatus is provided for driving a rotating electric machine having first and second multi-phase coils. The drive apparatus includes first and second inverters, first and second shift switches, and first and second energization controllers. The first energization controller is configured to turn on and off, for each of phase windings of the first and second multi-phase coils, one corresponding pair of upper-arm and lower-arm switches of the first and second inverters while keeping the first and second shift switches in an OFF state. The second energization controller is configured to turn on and off, for each corresponding pair of the phase windings of the first and second multi-phase coils, one corresponding upper-arm switch of the first inverter and one corresponding lower-arm switch of the second inverter respectively for first energization periods and second energization periods that are alternately set while keeping the shift switches in an ON state.

摘要: A rotating electrical machine includes a rotor and a magnet unit. The rotating electrical machine also includes a cylindrical stator and a housing. The stator is equipped with a stator winding made up of a plurality of phase windings. The stator is arranged coaxially with the rotor and faces the rotor. The housing has the rotor and the stator disposed therein. The rotor includes a cylindrical magnet retainer to which the magnet unit is secured and an intermediate portion which connects between a rotating shaft of the rotor and the magnet retainer and extends in a radial direction of the rotating shaft. A first region located radially inside an inner peripheral surface of a magnetic circuit component made up of the stator and the rotor is greater in volume than a second region between the inner peripheral surface of the magnetic circuit component and the housing in the radial direction.

摘要: A rotating electrical machine includes a supporting member, a stator core, a winding set, a shaft, a rotor, a magnetic generator, and a magnetic detector. The stator core has a ring-shaped yoke held inside the supporting member and tooth portions projecting from the yoke in a radial inward direction of the yoke. The winding set is wound on the tooth portions. The shaft extends through the stator core and is rotatably supported by the supporting member. The rotor is located in the stator core and rotates with the shaft. The magnetic generator is located at an end of the shaft. The magnetic detector outputs a signal indicative of a change in magnetic flux density created by the magnetic generator. The number of the tooth portions for every magnetic pole pair in the rotor is even.

摘要: A case is formed of aluminum. A rotation axis has one end affixed with an input rotor element and is rotational with a rotor. A first bearing is equipped to the case and is located between the input rotor element and the rotor to rotationally support the rotation axis. A second bearing is equipped to the case and is located on an opposite side of the rotor from the first bearing to rotationally support the rotation axis. A multilayered helical wave washer is wound for three rounds or more in a spiral wave form and is located in an axial gap formed between the case and an outer ring of one of the first bearing and the second bearing to apply a spring load to the outer ring in the axial direction.
