    摘要： A base station includes a precoding processor that conducts the same precoding process on a control channel and a reference signal, a controller that sets a plurality of regions including a region in which the reference signal is placed and a region in which the control channel is potentially placed. Different precoding processes are used among different regions. A transmit processor uses resources in a region to transmit the control channel and the reference signal. A mobile station device includes a controller that sets a region on the basis of announced information from the base station device, a propagation channel estimator that averages propagation channel variation estimation values from a plurality of reference signals within the region, and a control channel detector that uses the averaged propagation channel estimation values to detect the control channel that includes control information addressed to the mobile station device.

In a case where monitoring of a second control channel different from the first control channel that is in the cell-specific search space or the UE-specific search space is configured, the control channel processing unit monitors, in a sub-frame, at least both the first control channel in the cell-specific search space and the second control channel in the UE-specific search space.

The base station includes a higher layer processing unit 501 configured to configure, for each terminal, a second measurement target configuration configured by the base station, and to configure, for each terminal, a third measurement target configuration for measuring a reference signal generated using a physical ID different from a physical ID of a cell to which the terminal is connected. The terminal includes a transmitting unit 607 configured to report to a base station a received signal of a reference signal as a measurement target specified in the second measurement target configuration and a received signal of a reference signal as a measurement target specified in the third measurement target configuration.
