    摘要： An improved vehicle sway control assembly designed to limit excessive side swaying of an axle of a vehicle during all driving conditions. The system utilizes two frame brackets (77), (97), one axle/spring bracket (129), and two rods (35), (67). The first rod (35) has one end attached to a frame bracket (77) and the other end to the axle/spring bracket (129). It incorporates a telescoping feature allowing the rod end nearest the frame bracket (77) to telescope. The second rod (67) is attached on the opposite side to a frame bracket (97) on one end and a mid section plate (34) on the telescoping rod (35) on the other end. The counter rotational arch of the second rod (67) will force the telescoping rod (35) to extend thus canceling the telescoping rod (35) arch curve travel if it were a solid rod. The overall design will limit axle (166) to frame (78) side movement while providing near straight vertical axle (166) travel.

    摘要： An operable barrier system for vehicles includes a turntable for use with a trafficable surface and at least one impact element disposed on the turntable. A drive system is provided to rotate the turntable along the trafficable surface between a first position to prevent passage by vehicles and a second position, approximately 90 degrees from the first position, to permit passage by vehicles. A method of providing an operable vehicle barrier for use with a roadway includes providing a turntable device having a top surface, mounting at least one impact element on the top surface, and providing a drive system capable of rotating the turntable device in a plane that can be driven across by vehicles from the roadway.

    摘要： An electronic pin fastener (29) for use in a security system for garments, merchandise, and the like mounted for sale or display on a display fixture, rack, or bin causes an alarm to be produced upon removal of the pin fastener (29). The pin fastener (29) has an enclosed housing (60) having top (68) and bottom (63) walls, a hole centrally disposed in the bottom wall (63), a pin (61) having a head and a stem, the stem extending through the hole in the bottom wall (63), and bias means effective to bias the head of the pin (61) towards a predetermined position such as to cause an alarm. The stem of the pin (61) is retained in a depressed position such as to not produce an alarm by an EAS tag or locking device after the pin (61) is inserted through a garment.

Each of the posterior mounting structure is adapted to be attached to one of the upper dental member or the lower dental member at a posterior, buccal position thereon. Each of the posterior mounting structures includes an extending member (42) which includes a plurality of positions (44) at which one of a plurality of connectors (50) is attachable to the extending member. Force may be applied to the mandible of the patient via at least one of a plurality of different mechanisms via attachment of a component of the mechanism (120) to at least one of the posterior mounting structures. The upper dental member and the lower dental member are formed, independently, from at least one polymeric material.

    摘要： An electronic pin fastener is useable in a security system for garments, merchandise and the like mounted for sale or display on a display fixture, rack or bin, whereby removal of the pin fastener will cause an alarm. The pin fastener has an enclosed housing having top and bottom walls, an aperture centrally disposed in said top wall, a hole centrally disposed in said bottom wall, a pin having a head and a stem, the stem of the pin extending through said hole in said bottom wall and bias means adapted so that the head of said pin is biased towards a circuit closed or open position to cause an alarm. The stem of the pin is adapted to be retained in a depressed position by an EAS tag or locking mechanism after the pin is inserted through a garment.
