    摘要: In an analyzer device, a method for identifying a logical unit (LUN) of a data storage system as a candidate for migration to a second storage group is presented. The method includes receiving, by the analyzer device, a set of data associated with activity of the LUN of a first storage group, comparing, by the analyzer device, a performance metric value of a performance metric of the set of data, associated with the LUN, to a performance metric threshold associated with the performance metric, and when the performance metric value corresponds to the performance metric threshold, categorizing, by the analyzer device, the LUN as a candidate for storage on the second storage group, the second storage group distinct from the first storage group and having a disk type different from that of the first storage group.

    摘要: A portable detection system (10) for hazardous materials including explosives and infectious or hazardous biological agents readily adapted to conventional mail collection boxes (12), rural mailboxes (100), mailbags (40), and the like. The system includes a fan (14) and a sensor (16). The fan (14) provides sufficient airflow to circulate the air within a mailbox such that the internal air after coming in contact with the contents is directed the sensor for analysis. The air quality can be determined visually (137), audibly (138), or electronically (139). Consequently once such detection is made and the air is verified as being safe, the contents can be removed safely. If it is determined that the air contains some type of hazardous material, further steps can be taken to specifically locate the source of such hazardous material. An alternative embodiment includes a filter (15) to improve fan efficiency.

    摘要: The present invention is an electrical junction box assembly that may receive a variety of electrical devices such as switches, sockets, dimmers, and such. The junction box assembly includes an outer casing, wherein the wires of incoming and outgoing electrical cables are retained within the outer casing at a set orientation and position. The assembly further comprises an insert that is positionable within the outer casing. The insert contains a plurality of conductive elements arranged as panels. The conductive panels are insulated from one another and have a plurality of ports present on both sides, or that pass through, that allow wires to make contact with a conductive panel. The ports on the side proximal to the wires of the incoming and outgoing electrical cables provide a means to establish an electrical connection between the wiring of these cables with a particular conductive panel. The ports on the side proximal to an electrical device provide a means to establish an electrical connection between the electrical device with a particular conductive panel. Each of the plurality of ports contains a mechanism to ensure an electrical connection between the conductive panel and whatever wiring has been inserted into the port as well as to secure the wiring within the port to resist accidental removal of the wiring.

    摘要: An refrigerant accumulator (18) comprises a first chamber (30), a second chamber (32), a pre-evaporator line (34), a post-evaporator-inlet line (36), and a post-evaporator-outlet line (38). The chambers (30, 32) are in a pressure-isolated arrangement and a heat-transfer relationship. The pre-evaporator line (34) passes through and communicates with the first chamber (30). In a steady state, the pressure of fluid in the first chamber (30) is greater than the pressure of fluid in the second chamber (32), but their temperatures are the same, and the pressure of fluid within the first chamber is balanced with the pressure of fluid within the pre-evaporator line. In a starved or flooded state, temperature differentials between the chamber (30) and chamber (32), and pressure imbalances between the chamber (30) and the pre-evaporator line (34), adjust the charge of refrigerant fluid to return the system to a steady state.
