摘要： Provided is a process for esterifying or transesterifying side chains in polymers, which involves esterifying or transesterifying the carboxyl group having the R4 radical of a copolymer obtained by polymerizing a (meth)acrylate of formula (I), and a monomer of formula (II): wherein R1 and R3 are independently H or CH3, R2 and R4 are independently H or an alkyl radical which is optionally substituted by functional groups such as acryloyl, ether, amino, epoxy, halogen or sulfonic acid groups, and n is from 1 to 40, with an alcohol in the presence of an enzyme which catalyzes the esterifying or transesterifying. Further provided is the esterified or transesterified polymer product and its use.

摘要： A description is given of the use of a polymer dispersion for preparing sound deadener compositions, the polymer dispersion being obtainable by emulsion polymerization of free-radically polymerizable monomers in the presence of at least one protective colloid which is an amphiphilic graft copolymer. Preferred protective colloids have a polyalkylene oxide main chain and vinyl ester-comprising side chains. A description is also given of corresponding sound deadener compositions which comprise the polymer dispersion, and of a method for damping oscillations or vibrations of vehicle components.

摘要： The present invention relates to a process for preparing a phosphorus-containing polymer, comprising the steps of (i) copolymerizing at least (a) monoethylenically unsaturated dicarboxylic anhydrides having from 4 to 6 carbon atoms with (b) olefins of the formula CH2═C(R1)R2 where R1 is H or CH3 and R2 is H, CH3, C2H5 or phenyl; (ii) reacting the polymer formed in step (i) with at least one primary or secondary phosphorus-containing amine or a phosphorus-containing alcohol and (iii) at least partly ring-opening the remaining anhydride groups. The invention further relates to phosphorus-containing polymers obtainable from this process, and to processes for preventing Ba/Sr scale with the aid of the polymer.
