摘要: The variable lamination rapid prototyping apparatus of the present invention includes a first feeding means which longitudinally reciprocates a sheet, a second feeding means which is provided under the first feeding means and reciprocates in a direction transverse to the sheet, and a rotating means which is coupled to the second feeding means and rotates around an axis parallel to the transverse direction of the sheet. The apparatus further includes a translation means which is linked to the rotating means, a cutting means which is coupled to the translation means, and a stacking means which subsequently stacks a plurality of cut sheets, thus forming the 3-dimensional object. The apparatus further includes a control means which previously stores data about the object therein and controls the above-mentioned plurality of means based on the data. Because a hot wire is provided in a parallelogram link structure, superior cutting accuracy and the stability are ensured. Furthermore, because the link structure is adjustable in length, it is possible to easily cut a sheet regardless of the size of the sheet.

摘要: In one embodiment of a method of decoding a first frame sequence layer, at least one motion vector of an image block in a frame of the first frame sequence layer is determined based on a motion vector for an image block in a frame of a second frame sequence layer. Here, the frame of the second frame sequence layer is temporally separated from the frame of the first frame sequence layer. The image block in the frame of the first frame sequence layer is decoded based on the determined motion vector.

摘要: An apparatus and method for improving a symbol error rate of an M-ary phase shift keying (M-PSK) system having a quadrature error are provided. The apparatus includes: a conversion parameter detector that detects a conversion parameter and converts a symbol decision region using the quadrature error and at least one pair of first received symbols; and a converter & determiner converting a pair of second received symbols using the detected conversion parameter, and determining a transmission symbol according to a symbol of the converted pair of second received symbols. An increase in a symbol error rate due to the quadrature error can be prevented and the quadrature error can be easily estimated.

摘要: The present invention provides a multilayer-coated stent for controlled drug release, comprising: a first base layer formed on a stent support and made of poly(ethylene-co-vinylacetate) or polystyrene-ethylene-butylene rubber polymer; a second coating layer formed on the first base layer and made of a biocompatible or a bioabsorbable polymer and a drug component; and a third coating layer formed on the second coating layer and made of a biocompatible or a bioabsorbable polymer and a drug component different from the drug component of the second coating layer. The inventive stent can deliver a broad range of therapeutic substances for a long time and prevent the early rapid release of the drug components in blood. Also, unlike the existing drug-coated stents, the inventive stent includes two kinds of drugs complementary to each other, but can optimize the efficacy of the drugs by differentiating the control of drug release according to time.

摘要: A method and apparatus for encoding/decoding a video signal according to an MCTF coding scheme is provided. Not only pictures, which are to be converted into L pictures, but also pictures, which are to be converted into H pictures, at the current temporal decomposition level are used as candidates for a reference picture for coding a current picture into a predictive image. A previous picture, which has already been converted into an H picture, can also be used as a reference picture for converting the current picture into an H picture. Using the previous picture as the reference picture increases MCTF coding efficiency if the previous picture has an image most highly correlated with that of the current picture.

摘要: A method and apparatus for encoding/decoding a video signal according to a scalable MCTF coding scheme is provided. When a video signal is encoded through a temporal decomposition procedure, information regarding a motion vector of an image block in an H frame in a frame sequence belonging to level L of the temporal decomposition procedure is recorded using information based on a motion vector of a block spatially co-located with the image block and present in an H frame belonging to level N (higher than the level L) of the temporal decomposition procedure. When the two motion vectors of the image block and the spatially co-located block are similar, the amount of coded motion vector information can be reduced, thereby increasing MCTF coding efficiency.

摘要: Disclosed is a method for encoding a decoding a video signal. In the procedure of encoding the video signal, when a frame temporarily simultaneous with a frame including a macro block of an enhanced layer which will obtain a prediction video does not exist in a base layer, the macro block is encoded based on difference values of residual data using corresponding residual blocks in a past frame and a future frame of the base layer which are residual data corresponding to image difference values and using a residual block for the macro block of the enhanced layer. In another embodiment, the macro block is encoded based on difference values of residual data using corresponding residual blocks in a past frame and a future frame of the enhanced layer and the residual block for the macro block. Accordingly, a residual prediction mode is applied for a macro block of an enhanced layer even if a frame temporally simultaneous with a frame of the enhanced layer does not exist in a base layer, thereby improve coding efficiency.
