摘要： An intra prediction mode encoding and decoding method, an image decoding device, and an image encoding device operate by deriving most probable modes (MPMs) from surrounding prediction units adjacent to a current prediction unit and deriving an intra prediction mode of the current prediction unit on the basis of an MPM flag indicating whether an MPM having the same prediction mode as the intra prediction mode of the current prediction unit exists among the derived MPMs.

摘要： The present invention provides a method and apparatus for encoding/decoding an image to enhance inter prediction. According to the present invention, the method includes: determining a first reference picture and a second reference picture of a current block; determining both a first reference block in the first reference picture and a second reference block in the second reference picture; partitioning the current block into a plurality of sub blocks; and obtaining a prediction block of each of the sub blocks on the basis of reference candidate block index information of each of the sub blocks.

摘要： The present invention relates to image processing, and more particularly, to a video coding/decoding method using a clipped motion vector and an apparatus thereof. An embodiment of the present invention relates to a method of decoding an image. The method includes clipping a motion vector of a reference picture in a predetermined dynamic range to generate a clipped motion vector, storing the clipped motion vector in a buffer, deriving a motion vector of a coding treeblock using the motion vector stored in the buffer, and performing inter prediction decoding process using the motion vector of the coding treeblock. According to the exemplary embodiment of the present invention, a size of a memory required for storing motion vectors may be reduced.

The method for encoding images comprises the steps of: deriving a scan type of a residual signal for a current block according to whether or not the current block is a transform skip block; and applying the scan type to the residual signal for the current block, wherein the transform skip block is a block to which transform for the current block is not applied and is specified on the basis of information indicating whether or not transform for the current block is to be applied.

The speech processing method includes inputting a time domain sample of N*1 dimension for an input speech into a densely connected hybrid network; passing the time domain sample through a plurality of dense blocks in a densely connected hybrid network; reshaping the time domain samples into M subframes by passing the time domain samples through the plurality of dense blocks; inputting the M subframes into gated recurrent unit (GRU) components of N/M-dimension; outputting clean speech from which noise is removed from the input speech by passing the M subframes through GRU components.
