摘要: A simply structured suspension structure for an electric wheelchair includes a frame, two drive units, two front guide units, two front shock absorbers, two anti-roll units, and two rear shock absorbers. The two front guide units are located at both sides of the frame and each include a front guide wheel, a front suspension arm and a torsion spring. The two front and rear shock absorbers are connected to the frame. The two anti-roll units are located at both sides of the frame. When the front guide arms drive the front guide wheels to pivot, the torsion springs can produce a reaction force to prevent the frame from rolling over, improving safety. When the suspension structure runs across an uneven bumpy road, the front and rear shock absorbers can ease the shock imposed on the frame, enhancing sitting comfort.

摘要: A front suspension system for an electric wheelchair includes front pivot shaft, a front wheel retainer, an elasticity resistance member, and a front shock absorber. The front shock absorber is disposed on a horizontal first section of the front wheel retainer so as to improve climbing capability of the wheelchair. The elasticity resistance member is disposed between the frame and the front wheel retainer and has two ends connected to the front wheel retainer and the abutting member of the frame, respectively. When the front wheels encounters bumpy road and makes the front wheel retainer pivot, the elasticity resistance member will be compressed to produce a reaction force toward the front wheel retainer and the abutting member of the frame, respectively, so that the front wheel retainer is pressed down to keep pressing against the flat bearing surface, and the frame is also pressed downward to prevent tipping backward.

摘要: A foldable scooter frame includes: a front fork pivoted to a front frame, a front wheel assembly disposed on the front fork, the front fork being fixed to a pivot seat of a control unit, the pivot seat being pivoted to a control rod, a rear frame being connected to the front frame in a foldable manner, a rear wheel assembly disposed on the rear frame. With the pivoting arrangement of the front and rear frames, and more importantly, with the bridge rod abutted against the rear frame, the foldable scooter frame of the present invention can be maintained in a best stable state when in use, and when folded, the distance between the front and rear wheel assemblies can be reduced to the least possible amount, and the whole structure is simply structured and can be easily folded without requiring the use of complicated linkage mechanism.

摘要: A chassis for an electric vehicle comprises: a base frame, a front frame, a rear frame, two side frames, four suspension devices and four wheels. The front frame and the rear frame have the front arc-shaped tube and the arc-shaped rear tube fixed to the base frame, the arc-shaped tubes can not only reduce the number of tubes required but also increase the area of thrust force as compared to the straight tubes. Besides, the arc of the arc-shaped tubes avoids a connection point of an acute angle. Moreover, the height is larger than the width, which will produce less torque on the base frame as compared to that if the height is smaller than the width, thus preventing the torque acted on the base frame from damaging the connection points and improving the structural strength of the chassis at the connection points.

An elasticity resistance member is sleeved onto the front pivot shaft and has two ends connected to the front wheel retainer and the abutting member of the frame, respectively. When the front wheels encounters bumpy road and makes the front wheel retainer pivot, the elasticity resistance member will be compressed to produce a reaction force toward the front wheel retainer and the abutting member of the frame, respectively, so that the front wheel retainer is pressed down to keep pressing against the flat bearing surface, and the frame is also pressed downward to prevent tipping backward.

摘要: A battery pack with a heat dissipation structure comprises two battery modules, four heat dissipation elements, and four spacing sleeves that are combined by four screws. The four heat dissipation elements and the four spacing sleeves are disposed between the two battery modules. The dissipation elements are in direct contact with the respective battery modules, so that the heat of the respective battery module will be conducted to the heat dissipation plates then dissipated into the air through the heat dissipation fins of the heat dissipation plates. Between the two battery modules is formed a heat dissipation channel, which can avoid the heat accumulation due to direct contact of the two battery modules while allowing the hot air in the heat dissipation channel to be exchanged to the cool air outside the battery pack.

摘要: A connecting structure for exteriorly connecting a battery cell and a load circuit by using two graphite connecting graphite blocks, wherein the positive and negative electrode terminals of the battery cell are made of nickel, the battery cell is connected to the load circuit by the two connecting graphite blocks, respectively. The graphite is inexpensive and resistant to oxidation; whereas, the connecting graphite blocks and the nickel-plated metal made electrode terminals of the battery cell will dissolve in each other to form a carbon-nickel alloy after being brought into contact with one another, thus ensuring a smooth large-current discharge because of the reduction in resistance of external connection.
