摘要: The treatment apparatus is pressurized and operates on a continuous flow of fluids which are subjected to hydrodynamic waves, acoustic ultrasonic waves in combination with injected ozone and electro chemical treatment. The treatment system provides a cost efficient and environmentally friendly process and apparatus for cleaning and recycling fluids as contaminated as frac water, used to stimulate gas production from shale formations, as well as other types of fluids having various levels of contaminants such as aerobic and anaerobic bacteria and suspended solids. The calcium carbonate scaling tendency is reduced to an acceptable level without the use of acids, ion exchange materials, or anti scaling chemicals which is of economical and environmental significance and benefit. The treatment apparatus is modular in construction and compact in overall configuration. The treatment apparatus and associated equipment and electrical power generator is sized and configured to be mounted within a truck trailer body.

摘要: The instant invention is an environmentally friendly transportable storage tank having a particular use within the oil/gas industry for the temporary holding of produced water or water used in fracing. The storage tank has a lower tank that houses an upper tank for transport, the upper tank can be raised vertically at a job site by use of corner mounted pneumatic jacks. The upper and lower tanks are temporarily sealed together expanding the capacity of the lower tank without increasing the footprint of the storage vessel. The storage tank can be transported along road ways when the upper tank is retracted into the lower tank.

The treatment apparatus operates on a continuous flow of water which is subjected to hydrodynamic waves, acoustic ultrasonic waves in combination with injected ozone and electrolysis. The treatment system provides a cost efficient and environmentally friendly process for cleaning contaminated water that is directed into estuaries, lagoons, intracoastal waterway, everglades, and the ocean. Treatment includes addressing various levels of contaminants such as aerobic bacteria, often called a green slime that produces a bio-film. The apparatus can be mounted on a vessel to permit targeting of algae blooms.

摘要: An advanced hydrodynamic cavitation device formed from a cylindrical tube having a flow through chamber. The chamber has a series of stages with each stage formed from at least three plates spaced annularly and extending radially inward at an oblique angle with respect to the longitudinal axis of the flow through chamber. Each plate has shear inducing side edges and a plurality of orifices with shear inducing edges. The orifices are arranged perpendicular to the plates and shaped to control the velocity of the fluid. An unrestricted passageway exists along the central axis of the flow through chamber to provide a constant flow for continuous flushing of suspended solids to prevent clogging. Additionally, the passageway will facilitate the insertion of a pressure cleaning tube without requiring that the device be disassembled.

摘要: An ultrasonic mixing reactor configured for mixing of plant nutrients for greater absorption using cavitation. The reactor includes a venturi nozzle fluidly connected to a nozzle device having at least one annular shaped plate comprised of a plurality of apertures constructed and arranged to create cavitation. The nozzle device is fluidly coupled to a first ultrasonic reactor having a plurality of variable frequency ultrasonic transducers mounted within the first ultrasonic reactor for generating acoustic cavitation of the bulk mixed plant nutrients. The first ultrasonic transducer is fluidly connected to a second ultrasonic reactor having a plurality of variable frequency ultrasonic transducers mounted within the second ultrasonic reactor for generating acoustic cavitation of the bulk mixed plant nutrients. The second ultrasonic reactor discharge is fluidly coupled to a plate static mixer constructed and arranged to create hydrodynamic mixing.
