摘要: The present invention provides a blood parameter sensing system that may include a sensor, a blood access system, a flow controller and a monitor system. The blood access system may include a blood draw member having an internal configuration adapted to avoid clotting without the use of anticoagulants and under a range of flow profiles, including small volume blood draws. The flow controller may be configured to adapt to a range of access devices by using feedback from the sensor and monitor to customize flow profiles. The monitor system is configured to reduce parameter measurement error by modeling sensitivity change during system startup or reconnect.

The device can have an indicator that can move between not engaged by a leaflet and engaged by a leaflet conditions to indicate capture of a leaflet of the native valve. The indicator can be compressible. The indicator can be flattenable. The indicator can include one or more marker.

摘要: An implantable device or implant includes an anchor portion comprising one or more anchors. The anchors are configured to attach to one or more leaflets of a native heart valve. The anchors are configured to move between an open position and a closed position. The device or implant includes an indication feature that is movable between an allowable tension position and an exceeded tension position. When the anchors are attached to the leaflets of the native heart valve, the indication feature indicates to a user when an amount of force applied to the anchor portion by the leaflets of the native heart valve exceeds a pre-set or predetermined amount of force.
