    摘要： Route guidance devices, methods, and programs provide guidance for a vehicle that is provided with a drive motor and an engine as drive sources. The devices, methods, and programs acquire a departure point and a destination for the vehicle and specify one or more motor drive recommended links for which driving with the drive motor as the drive source is recommended. The devices, methods, and programs specify a route that includes only motor drive recommended links and by which the vehicle can drive from the departure point to the destination using only the drive motor as the drive source and output the specified route on a display.

    摘要： A communication control module of a navigation apparatus determines that a short message that a communication module has received is from a mobile telephone that corresponds to identification data stored in advance in a RAM, and outputs a remote operation signal to a power source module. The navigation module acquires the IP address of the navigation apparatus when switched from a sleep mode to a wake-up mode, and after generating a mail that contains this acquired IP address, sends this mail to the mobile telephone that sent the activation data by using the mail address of this mobile telephone. Therefore, even when a new IP address is assigned to the navigation apparatus each time the navigation apparatus is activated, it is possible to remotely control the navigation apparatus easily from a remote site.

The stopper further includes a plurality of second rubber portions each of which is fixedly disposed only between adjacent concave portions in a circumferential direction of a bottom portion and protruding higher than the first rubber portion. The first and each of the plurality of the second rubber portions are separated by a groove-shaped gap that is provided so as to continuously extend around each of the plurality of second rubber portions.

    摘要： A method of producing a semiconductor device having a thickness of 90 μm to 200 μm and with an electrode on the rear surface, which achieves a high proportion of non-defective devices by optimizing the silicon concentration and thickness of the aluminum-silicon electrode. A surface device structure is formed on a first major surface of a silicon substrate. A buffer layer and a collector layer are formed on the second major surface after grinding to reduce the thickness of the substrate. On the collector layer, a collector electrode is formed including a first layer of an aluminum-silicon film having a thickness of 0.3 μm to 1.0 μm and a silicon concentration of 0.5 percent to 2 percent by weight, preferably not more than 1 percent by weight.
