The photosensitive resin composition comprises (A) a polymer component including a polymer satisfying at least one of (1) and (2) below: (1) a polymer comprising (a1) a structural unit containing a group in which an acid group is protected by an acid-dissociable group, and (a2) a structural unit containing a crosslinkable group, and (2) a polymer comprising (a1) a structural unit containing a group in which an acid group is protected by an acid-dissociable group, and a polymer comprising (a2) a structural unit containing a crosslinkable group; (B) a compound represented by formula (I) below; and (C) a solvent;
Abstract:
There are provided a photosensitive resin composition containing at least one precursor selected from the group consisting of a polyimide precursor and a polybenzoxazole precursor, a compound having a sulfurous ester structure, and a photoradical polymerization initiator, and satisfies at least one of the following conditions 1, . . . , or 3; a pattern forming method using a photosensitive film formed from the photosensitive resin composition; a cured film formed from the photosensitive resin composition; a laminate including the cured film; and a device having the cured film or the laminate.
the condition 1: the precursor contains a radically polymerizable group, the condition 2: the compound having a sulfurous ester structure contains a radically polymerizable group, and the condition 3: the photosensitive resin composition further contains a compound containing a radically polymerizable group, other than the precursor and the compound having a sulfurous ester structure.
Abstract:
An organic EL display device is provided in which a change in tint is reduced in a bent portion. This organic EL display device is an organic electroluminescent display device including, from a viewing side, a circularly polarizing plate, a first adhesion layer, and a bendable organic electroluminescent display panel, in which the circularly polarizing plate includes, from the viewing side, a linear polarizer, a second adhesion layer, and a phase difference layer functioning as a λ/4 plate, a complex modulus of elasticity of the first adhesion layer is 2.50×105 Pa or less, the first adhesion layer is thicker than the second adhesion layer, and an absorption axis of the linear polarizer is positioned at an angle of 0°±30° or 90°±30° with respect to an extension direction of a ridge line formed in a case where the organic electroluminescent display device is bent.
Abstract:
