    摘要: An object extends into a passage and defines a clearance space with the inner wall of the passage. A hardenable, foamable synthetic resin in flowable state is admitted into the clearance space. Upon hardening and foaming of the synthetic resin, the object is sealingly secured in the passage by the synthetic resin. In a preferred application, the passage is one provided in a coal mine and the object is a hose line for the purpose of suppressing dust. The synthetic resin is advantageously polyurethane including a polyhydroxyl component which contains a polyetherglycol having a hydroxyl number of 300 to 350 and a polyetherglycol having a hydroxyl number of 450 to 500. The polyetherglycol components respectively constitute 80 to 90 parts and 10 to 20 parts of the polyhydroxyl component. The polyhydroxyl component preferably includes a filler in an amount such that the weight of the latter at least equals that of the polyhydroxyl component.

    摘要: A laser match honing system and method are provided for processing one of a pair of mechanically matching components (1, 2) having matching portions (12, 22, 16, 26) that will be fitted with each other. A dimension of the matching portion (12, 16) of the first component (1) is measured and is then used for calculating the desired dimension of the corresponding matching portion (22, 26) of the second component (2). An actual dimension of the matching portion (22, 26) of the second component (2) is also measured. Then, the matching portion (22, 26) of the second component (2) is honed by laser beam in the condition that the actual dimension is not equal to the desired dimension.

    摘要: The invention relates to a plastic screw plug (6) for attaching a rail to a sleeper, in particular concrete sleeper, having an essentially cylindrical plug body which has at the head end a stem region (7) which preferably adjoins a plug crown (8) toward the bottom, and in the continuation of which stem region (7) has an outer thread (9) with which it can be turned out of or into the sleeper, and is provided with an inner thread (10) underneath the stem region (7) in order to receive a sleeper screw. The intention is to improve such a plastic screw plug, in particular, with regard to its operating properties such as uniform application of force into the sleeper, simpler mounting and replaceability, reduction of the risk of fracturing, and additionally to permit it to be used in a variable way. For this purpose, the stem region (7) has on the inside, in the junction with the inner thread (10), a shoulder (13) which reduces the internal diameter over part of the length of the stem region (7) and extends in a spiral shape over at least part of the circumference.

    摘要: The invention relates to electronic devices whose electronic properties can surprisingly be improved to a significant degree by inserting at least one crosslinkable polymeric buffer layer, preferably a cationically crosslinkable polymeric buffer layer, between the conductive doped polymer and the organic semiconductor layer. Particularly good properties are obtained with a buffer layer in which crosslinking is thermally induced, i.e. by raising the temperature to 50 to 250° C. Alternatively, crosslinking can be radiation-induced by adding a photoacid. Moreover, such a buffer layer can be advantageously applied by means of printing techniques, especially inkjet printing, as the ideal temperature for the thermal treatment is independent of the glass transition temperature of the material. This avoids having to rely on material that has a low molecular weight, making it possible to apply the layer by means of printing techniques. The next layer (the organic semiconductor layer) can also be applied with the aid of different printing techniques, particularly inkjet printing, because the buffer layer is rendered insoluble by the crosslinking process, thus preventing the buffer layer from solubilizing thereafter.
