    摘要: Provided is a control device for a vehicle including a continuously variable transmission. The control device includes a lock-up clutch, an oil pump, an electric motor, and a device control unit. The lock-up clutch is disposed in a torque converter coupled to the engine and switchable between an engaged state and a released state. The oil pump is driven by the engine and supplies a hydraulic oil to the continuously variable transmission. The electric motor is coupled to the engine and controlled to be in a powering state in which the engine is rotationally driven. The device control unit controls the lock-up clutch to put into the released state and controls the electric motor to put into the powering state if a discharge pressure of the oil pump falls below a threshold value at the time of a vehicle deceleration in which a fuel supply to the engine is cut off.

    摘要: A diagnostic device diagnoses a hydraulic pressure control actuator which drives a line pressure control valve to regulate a pressure of hydraulic oil between upper and lower limit line pressures, so that the pressure approaches a predetermined target line pressure. The diagnostic device includes: an actual hydraulic pressure detection unit to detect an actual hydraulic pressure; a determination value setting unit to set a high pressure fixation determination value which is increased as the driving revolution rate is increased so as to substantially match a characteristic of the actuator at a time of high pressure fixation; and a fixation determination unit to determine high pressure fixation of the actuator when the actual hydraulic pressure substantially matches the high pressure fixation determination value with a difference between the target line pressure and the upper limit line pressure not lower than a predetermined value.

    摘要: A diagnostic device for a shift control actuator of a CVT includes: a variator; a chamber that is filled with and discharges hydraulic fluid for an upshift and a downshift, respectively; an upshift control valve for filling hydraulic fluid into the chamber; a downshift control valve for discharging hydraulic fluid from the chamber; a fail-safe valve for suspending the discharge of hydraulic fluid from the chamber when the upshift control valve is in a filling state; actuators for driving the upshift and downshift control valves; and a shift controller for controlling the actuators so that an actual shift ratio approaches a target ratio. The shift controller determines the state of the actuators with the information on the actual shift ratio when the controller instructs a downshift or an upshift.

    摘要: Provided is a range switching device for performing switching among drive, reverse, and neutral ranges of a transmission. The device includes a first switching valve driven by a first actuator and a second switching valve driven by a second actuator. The valves switch an oil channel to transmit the oil pressure from an oil pressure supply source between first state and second states. When the first and second switching valves are in the first and second states respectively, the oil pressure is transmitted to the forward fastening element. When the first and second switching valves are in the second state and first states respectively, the oil pressure is transmitted to the reverse fastening element. When both the valves are in the first or second state, oil pressure transmission to the forward and reverse fastening elements is substantially blocked.

    摘要: A range switching device for performing switching the range of a transmission includes first control valve, a second control valve having a characteristic opposite to the first control, and first, second, third and fourth switching valves for controlling the transmission of oil pressures. The first and second switching valves cooperatively control the transmission of the oil pressure from the first control valve to a forward or reverse driving element (R). The third and fourth switching valve cooperatively control the transmission of the oil pressure from the second control valve to the forward or reverse driving element (R). The third and fourth switching valves each perform a substantially same oil pressure transmission when the state of the second and third actuators is reversed with respect to the first switching and second switching valves, respectively.
