摘要: An actuation system comprises a plurality of actuators, a common power drive unit for driving the actuators and a transmission line transmitting drive from the common drive unit to the plurality of actuators. A clutch is arranged in the transmission line between the power drive unit and the plurality of actuators for selectively disconnecting the power drive unit from the plurality of actuators. At least one sensor is provided for sensing an abnormal load condition in the actuation system. The at least one sensor is operatively coupled to a clutch control which is configured such that when the at least one sensor senses an abnormal load condition, the clutch control is operative to disengage the clutch so as to disconnect the power drive unit from the plurality of actuators. A brake is operative to brake the actuators upon disengagement of the clutch.

摘要: A motor sticking diagnosis and repair method includes the steps of, when an operation of a shift lever is detected, determining whether a current position matches a target position, when the current position does not match the target position, rotating the motor toward the target position, determining once again whether the current position matches the target position after rotation of the motor, when the current position does not match the target position, diagnosing whether the motor sticking has occurred, when the motor is diagnosed as being stuck, allowing the motor to switch to a free-rotation mode by temporarily blocking the current being applied to the motor upon sticking diagnosis, and selecting either a first repair strategy or a second repair strategy depending on whether the position of the motor changes after switching to the free-rotation mode.

The controller variably controls primary command pressure, and in a case where the failure is determined, fixes the primary command pressure to a primary pressure set value. The controller variably controls secondary command pressure, and in a case where the failure is determined, fixes the secondary command pressure to a secondary pressure set value.

摘要: A method for controlling a vehicle gear actuator is capable of quickly and simply measuring the reference point of a shift finger. The method for controlling includes a determination step in which whether gear shifting is necessary is determined; a check step in which the first end of a shifting path is checked by moving a shift finger to the first end before moving the shift finger to the second end of the shifting path to engage a corresponding gear when gear shifting is necessary; and a concurrent control step in which the reference point of the gear actuator is learned by acquiring a full stroke of the shift finger simultaneously with engaging the corresponding gear by moving the shift finger to the second end of the shifting path after the check step.

The failure determiner energizes a solenoid valve to output a clutch pressure to one of the gear engaging mechanisms when the clutch pressure is less than a prescribed pressure, determines whether the one of the gear engaging mechanisms operates based on output of an operating state detector, and determines that the second pressure-regulating valve has failed when the one of the gear engaging mechanisms is determined to be inoperative.
