    摘要: Industrially useful method for the purification of HBs antigen produced by a recombinant organism being capable of producing HBs antigen which is prepared by means of DNA recombination technique, which comprises subjecting an HBs antigen-containing material produced by a recombinant organism to an adsorption chromatography with a silica, optionally followed by a gel filtration and further an adsorption chromatography with a hydroxyapatite, and then eluting the HBs antigen, preferably, with a buffer having a pH 9 or more which is incorporated with urea. The purification method can give a highly pure HBs antigen suitable for the preparation of hepatitis B vaccine in a large scale from recombinant organisms prepared by DNA recombination technique.

    摘要: Lyophilized preparation of hepartitis B vaccine, which comprises a purified hepatitis B virus surface antigen produced by a recombinant organism being capable of producing HBs antigen, which is adsorbed on aluminum gel in the lyophilized state in the presence of a stabilizer, said lyophilized preparation being prepared by the steps of adding an aluminum gel and a stabilizer to a purified recombinant-origin HBs antigen and lyophilizing the mixture. Said lyophilized preparation being able to be stably kept for a long period of time without losing its antigen titer and being useful for the prophylaxis of infection of hepatitis B virus.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a method for purifying a calcium ion-binding protein by cation exchange chromatography. The present invention provide a method for isolating and purifying a calcium ion-binding protein in a simple and efficient manner from a liquid sample containing a calcium ion-binding protein and contaminants without any pretreatment such as addition of a chelating agent. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for purifying a calcium ion-binding protein which comprises contacting said protein with a cation exchange carrier in the presence of calcium ions to let the said protein be adsorbed to the carrier, and after washing, eluting said protein, and to a calcium ion-binding protein having substantially no contaminants obtained by the method of the present invention.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a method for purifying a calcium ion-binding protein by cation exchange chromatography.
