    摘要: A high temperature surface combustion burner, comprises a burner head having an air fuel mixed gas supply inlet, a burner plate secured to said burner head, wherein the burner plate is made of a ceramic porous body having more than 30% by volume of pores of 25 to 500 .mu.m in mean pore diameter; and a plurality of throughholes having a 0.05 to 5.0 mm diameter and provided in said burner plate at intervals of 2 to 30 mm and substantially vertically extending with respect to the combustion surface.Another surface combustion burner comprises a burner head having an air fuel mixed gas supply inlet, a burner element secured to said burner head, said burner element consisting of a ceramic porous body having pores sufficiently communicated from its inside to its outside for diffusing an air fuel mixed gas, wherein said ceramic porous body has 75 to 95% by volume in total of communicated pores of 0.5 to 5.0 mm in mean pore diameter; and a plurality of throughholes each having a hydraulic diameter of 0.05-5.0 mm and substantially vertically extending with respect to the combustion surface and provided in said burner element at intervals of 2 to 30 mm.

    摘要: In a method of programming a differential programming semiconductor device, first identification data corresponding to first program data is outputted from an ID register of a program circuit in the device to a host. The first program data is programmed in a plurality of interconnections. The first program data is read from a storage unit based on the first identification data. Write data is generated based on the first program data and a second program data, which is to be newly programmed in the plurality of interconnections. The write data is transferred from the host to the device. The write data is written in the plurality of interconnections by the program circuit so as to program the second program data in the plurality of interconnections.

    摘要: A method of removing nitrogen oxides from waste gas exhausted from a heat power plant and any other various kinds of workshops, etc. is disclosed. The method comprises bringing the waste gas into contact with a honeycomb-shaped catalyst under the following three conditions, i.e.(1) a hydraulic diameter of each of the channels extending through the honeycomb-shaped catalyst is larger than 2.0 mm, preferably 2.0 mm to 30 mm,(2) an open frontal area is larger than 50%, preferably 50% to 80%, and(3) a waste gas speed is higher than 0.5 m/sec, preferably 0.5 m/sec to 60 m/sec.
