    摘要： A double axis frame strut has a strut frame and a tongue that extends from a distal end of the strut frame. The tongue can be rigidly coupled to an axle that is rotatably coupled to the strut frame and extends from a distal end of the strut frame. The tongue can rotate relative to the strut frame and the tongue can include a hole which can be coupled to other double axis frame struts or other structure. The hole in the tongue can define a first axis of rotation and the axle can define a second axis of rotation. The axis of the hole in the tongue can be perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the tongue relative to the strut frame.

    摘要： A fuel pressure relief valve includes a body defining a passageway having an inlet end in communication with a fuel pump and an outlet end in communication with a fuel rail. The valve also includes a seal member moveable between a first position in which the seal member is seated against the outlet end, and a second position in which the seal member is unseated from the outlet end. The valve further includes a biasing member biasing the seal member toward the second position. The seal member moves from the second position to the first position immediately after fuel pump shutoff to maintain pressure in the fuel rail. The seal member moves from the first position to the second position when fuel in the fuel rail drops to a residual pressure substantially less than the operating pressure to provide a leak path between the fuel pump and the fuel rail.

    摘要： A fuel supply system is provided for delivering fuel from a tank to an engine of a motor vehicle through a fuel line. The system is provided with a pressure relief valve to divert fuel from the fuel line during engine shut down conditions when fuel flow to the engine is not desired. The pressure relief valve has a fuel outlet that is provided with backpressure during engine operation. The backpressure enables the pressure relief valve to be set at a lower level because the backpressure is added to set point pressure to determine opening of the pressure relief valve. Lowering the set point of the pressure relief valve allows fuel to be diverted from the engine at a lower fuel line pressure. In one embodiment backpressure is provided by fluid communication from a jet pump supplying fuel from the fuel tank to a fuel system reservoir.

    摘要： A check valve includes a body defining a passageway through which fuel flows in a first fuel-flow direction during pump operation. The check valve also includes a seat, a seal member, and a biasing member biasing the seal member toward the seat. The seal member is movable between a first seated position in which the seal member is engaged with the seat and the pressure in the fuel rail is substantially equal to the operating pressure, and a second seated position in which the seal member is engaged with the seat and a residual pressure in the fuel rail is substantially less than the operating pressure. The seal member and the seat define a leak path between the fuel pump and the fuel rail permitting fuel to flow in a second fuel-flow direction opposite the first fuel-flow direction when the seal member is in the second seated position.
