    摘要: A touch panel, a method for manufacturing the same and a display device are provided in the disclosure. The method for manufacturing the touch panel includes: forming a first conductive layer on a base substrate; performing a patterning process on the first conductive layer to form a first conductive layer pattern, wherein the first conductive layer pattern includes two etched regions and a non-etched region which are formed at a preset intersection position where a first touch electrode and a second touch electrode intersect with each other; forming an insulation pattern at the preset intersection position, wherein the insulation pattern is filled in the two etched regions and covers the non-etched region; forming a second conductive layer, wherein the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer constitute a conductive layer; and performing a patterning process on the conductive layer.

    摘要: A method for manufacturing a touch screen which includes: providing a substrate including a display area and a non-display area located around the display area; forming a first transparent conductive layer on a side of the substrate, and forming a metal layer on a surface of the first transparent conductive layer facing away from the substrate; forming a first photoresist pattern on the metal layer, at least a portion of the first photoresist pattern corresponding to a metal trace to be formed in the non-display area; performing an etching process by using the first photoresist pattern to form the metal trace; forming a second photoresist pattern only in one of the display area and the non-display area, and performing an etching process to form a first transparent conductive pattern in the display area.

    摘要: The present application discloses a touch panel having a touch area and a non-touching area at a side of the touch area. The touch panel includes: a base substrate having a first surface and a second surface opposite to each other; a touch sensing electrode provided on the first surface of the base substrate and corresponding to the touch area; a first connection wire on the second surface of the base substrate; and a touch control circuit in the non-touching area. The base substrate is provided with a first through hole, the touch sensing electrode is electrically connected with the first connection wire through the first through hole, and the first connection wire is electrically connected with the touch control circuit. The present application further discloses a manufacturing method for the touch panel and a display apparatus having the touch panel.

    摘要: Disclosed are a method for manufacturing a touch panel, a touch panel and a touch display device. The method includes: forming signal lines and multiple connection bridges disposed in a matrix on a substrate; forming multiple isolation films on the substrate provided with the signal lines and the multiple connection bridges, where the multiple isolation films are in one-to-one correspondence with the multiple connection bridges and each isolation film covers a portion of one corresponding connection bridge; and forming multiple first touch electrodes and multiple second touch electrodes made of nano-silver on the substrate provided with the multiple isolation films. The first touch electrodes and the second touch electrodes are connected to the signal lines. Each first touch electrode includes multiple first sub-electrodes. Adjacent first sub-electrodes are bridged through corresponding connection bridges. The second touch electrodes are insulated from the connection bridges through the isolation films.
