The method for manufacturing the touch panel includes: forming a first conductive layer on a base substrate; performing a patterning process on the first conductive layer to form a first conductive layer pattern, wherein the first conductive layer pattern includes two etched regions and a non-etched region which are formed at a preset intersection position where a first touch electrode and a second touch electrode intersect with each other; forming an insulation pattern at the preset intersection position, wherein the insulation pattern is filled in the two etched regions and covers the non-etched region; forming a second conductive layer, wherein the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer constitute a conductive layer; and performing a patterning process on the conductive layer.
