Provided is a moving body remote control system retains path information of a path along which a moving body autonomously travels and camera information of a camera provided in the moving body; stores the position of the moving body and an acquisition time thereof; outputs, upon receiving an image taken by the camera and an imaging time of the image, data of the received image, and stores the imaging time; estimates the position and direction of the moving body at the imaging time; identifies a part of the path included in the range of the image based on the path information, the camera information, and the estimated position and direction of the moving body; and converts the coordinates of the identified part of the path into coordinates of the image and outputs data of the image on which the path is superposed, at the position of the converted coordinates.

A communication apparatus includes: a table set group comprising a plurality of table sets each containing a plurality of 1RD/1WR-configuration tables; a latest access holding table for specifying, for each flow, one of the table sets as the latest access destination of the each flow; and an updating unit for selecting, when a reference made to the latest access destination holding table with respect to a plurality of simultaneously received write requests shows that access destinations of flows indicated by the respective write requests are the same table set, a different table set for each of the flows indicated by the respective write requests, executing write processing in each table of the selected table set, and updating the latest access holding table so that the access destinations after the write processing are registered as access destinations of the flows indicated by the respective write requests.

A transmission network is comprised of a network management system for collectively managing and controlling a plurality of transmission devices coupled mutually through transmission routes and the transmission network as well. The network management system includes a plane management table adapted to manage transmission planes defined as a set of paths in the transmission network, and the plane management table has the function to set and manage a transmission plane (working plane) applied during normal operation and besides, a single or a plurality of transmission planes (protection planes) applicable in the event of occurrence of a fault in the transmission network. Then, when a fault occurs in the transmission network, the network management system changes the applied plane to a suitable transmission plane.

A monitoring control system includes a mobile object and a server device that communicates with the mobile object. The mobile object includes: a first communication unit; a camera; an encoding unit that generates image data from the image captured by the camera; a transmitting unit that transmits the image data; and a movement control unit that controls movement of the mobile object according to a control signal received from the server device via the first communication unit, and the server device includes: a second communication unit that communicates with the mobile object; and an emergency control signal transmitting unit that transmits an emergency control signal to the mobile object via the second communication unit when at least a part of a key frame among the image data transmitted from the mobile object is not received within a predetermined period.

A moving body, having: a movement control unit controls movement of the moving body; a storage unit stores map information and target object information pertaining to a degree of necessity for determining whether self-driving can be continued; a monitoring/control unit transmits information inquiring whether to continue self-driving if the moving body comes into close proximity with the target object; and a route calculation unit that selects as a movement route, from a plurality of routes, a route where the degree of necessity of determining whether self-driving can be continued has a small value, on the basis of the map information and the target object information If a control signal for controlling the moving body is received in response to an inquiry regarding continuing self-driving, the monitoring/control unit inputs the control signal to the movement control unit and the movement control unit executes driving control according to the control signal.

A moving body control method for a moving body includes detecting position information and generating a surrounding map of surroundings of the moving body from map information corresponding to the position information, acquiring sensor information from a sensor and detecting non-map information from the sensor information, determining whether the traveling route can be calculated by adding the non-map information to the surrounding map and applying to the surrounding map first restriction information in which restrictions in setting a traveling route, if the moving body can calculate the traveling route, the first restriction information is applied to the surrounding map to calculate the traveling route, if the moving body cannot calculate the traveling route, second restriction information that relaxes restrictions in setting the traveling route is applied to the first restriction information to calculate the traveling route and the calculated traveling route is outputted to the traveling control module.

Disclosed is a communication network management method provided with a plurality of communication devices and a management system to transmit packets between a plurality of communication devices through a communication path established by the management system. The management system establishes a communication path for a first service necessitating a guarantee of an availability factor on the basis of a first establishment policy in which communication paths that share the same route even in a part of the communication network are consolidated. The management system establishes a communication path for a second service that does not necessitate a guarantee of an availability factor on the basis of a second establishment policy in which the routes to be used are distributed over the entire communication network. The establishment policy is changed depending on a service type.
