Abstract: The ultrasonic image pickup apparatus includes a transmission/reception control unit that transmits an ultrasonic wave by applying a DC bias voltage and an AC driving voltage between electrodes of the electrostatic capacity type micro-machined ultrasonic transducer and picks up an image by transmitting and receiving two or more kinds of ultrasonic waveforms which have different signs, amplitudes, or phases from each other for one scanning line. In addition, as the AC driving voltage, the ultrasonic image pickup apparatus uses a voltage waveform that is obtained by adding a high frequency pulse waveform and a low frequency waveform that has a longer cycle than that of the high frequency pulse waveform and has such a voltage amplitude as makes the total voltage of the low frequency waveform and the DC bias voltage is equal or smaller than a pull-in voltage.

The present invention relates to the fuel production device including the internal combustion engine, an electrolysis device connected to the internal combustion engine, and a hydrogenation reactor connected to the electrolysis device, wherein the electrolysis device is a device for decomposing high-temperature water vapor contained in the exhaust gas from the internal combustion engine into hydrogen and oxygen, and the hydrogenation reactor is a device for converting the hydrogen resulting from the decomposition to the fuel.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a fuel trading coordination technique that enables certification processes taking account of a supply chain for a fuel, such as hydrogen, and that meets fuel users' demands while ensuring their convenience. A fuel trading coordination device according to the present disclosure includes a storage device storing information of a plurality of fuel suppliers, and a controller that processes an order for purchasing a mix of a first type fuel and a second type fuel, the order being placed by a first type fuel user. The first type fuel and the second type fuel are fuels that are different in production method but can be used for the same purpose. The controller sends information of the order of the first type fuel user to a first supplier that supplies the first type fuel and to a second supplier that supplies the second type fuel.

The area of the transmission/reception plate is desirably larger than the area of a hollow portion of the CMUT.

Abstract: Performance of an ultrasonic examination device, which includes an ultrasonic sensor of a capacitance detection type including a cavity between electrodes and vibrating a membrane, is enhanced. A cell which is a capacitive type device provided with a lower electrode, a cavity, and an upper electrode in a membrane, which are stacked in a longitudinal direction, and a condenser provided with the lower electrode and an upper electrode which are stacked in the longitudinal direction, are formed in one semiconductor chip. The cell and the condenser are connected to each other in parallel, and, when ultrasonic waves are transmitted and received using the cell, connection between a DC bias power source and the semiconductor chip is blocked, and a direct current voltage is applied to the cell from the condenser.

The signal processing unit detects a translational acceleration accompanying moving of the rotating part and a centrifugal acceleration accompanying rotation of the rotating part on the basis of acceleration data detected by each of the acceleration sensors.
