摘要: Provided are a clamp jig for inhibiting an increase in the size of clamping equipment, and reducing the load during clamping by clamping after doing preliminary aligning of a segment end part; a stator manufacturing device; and a method for manufacturing a stator. The clamp jig 40 has a pair of clamp bodies 41, extended in a stator core radial direction, for clamping from both sides in the stator core circumferential direction the end part of an electric conductor, which is inserted in the stator core and welded; and a convex part 42 provided extending in the stator core axis direction at the bottom of the clamp body 41, the convex part being inserted between unwelded electric conductors.

摘要: A manufacturing method for a rotating electric machine, in which the distal end portions of a plurality of coil ends, which are projected from slots of a stator core of a rotating electric machine and which are arranged in the radial direction of the stator core to form a plurality of layers, are held, and the coil ends are twisted and bent while moving the distal end portions in the circumferential direction. Neutral lines for bending the coil ends are different for each layer, and the neutral lines for the bending are positioned on farther outer sides for coil ends of farther outer layers.

摘要: A skew correction device is provided that can easily correct the skew in the circumferential direction of the stator core arising due to insertion of electrical conductors into each slot and twisting and bending of the leading ends thereof in the circumferential direction. A skew correction device (10) for stator cores (2), includes: a support member (71) capable of supporting from outwards a protrusion (5) formed by the plurality of projecting parts (21) aligning; a first pressurizing mechanism (72) for pressing the support member (71) towards an inner side in a radial direction; and a rotation mechanism (73) for correcting skew in the circumferential direction, by causing the support member (71) to rotate in a direction in which the skew in the circumferential direction is corrected by way of a rotating shaft (731), in a state supporting the protrusion (5) from outwards by pressing the support member (71).

A production method of rotary electric machines that produces a rotary electric machine by joining, by way of laser welding, leading end parts of a plurality of electrical conductors inserted in respective slots provided in a stator core and projecting from the respective slots, includes the steps of matching and arranging the leading end parts of two adjacent electrical conductors; and joining the leading end parts of the two adjacent electrical conductors by irradiating a laser onto the two adjacent electrical conductors from a direction sloped at an angle relative to a joining face of the leading end parts of the two adjacent electrical conductors.

摘要: The present invention pertains to a stator manufacturing method and a device therefor. All of segments are twisted in order to obtain a stator, the linear sections of the segments being inserted into slots in a stator core. The segments on the inner peripheral side are subsequently twisted after the segments on the outer peripheral side are untwisted. In order to achieve this, e.g., a fourth spindle that is positioned on the outermost peripheral side and is one of the first through fourth spindles for twisting the segments is disconnected from a fourth motor and brought to a non-rotatable state. The following is then performed in sequence: the third spindle is disconnected from a third motor and twisted, and the second spindle is disconnected from the second motor and twisted.
