Further, a target power that is used to compensate for a first power change value of the first optical signal in transmission over an optical fiber is determined based on the preset coefficient, the equivalent wavelength signal, the equivalent quantity, and the preset single-wavelength transmit power.

Abstract: An information processing method and apparatus are disclosed in a multicarrier communications system. In the multicarrier communications system, a terminal is configured with a PCC and at least one SCC. Therefore, a problem that downlink retransmission is continually performed because feedback information cannot be demodulated due to inconsistent PUCCH formats is resolved.
