The method includes: first obtaining to-be-encoded data, and then inputting the to-be-encoded data into a first encoding network to obtain a target parameter; then constructing a second encoding network based on the target parameter; next inputting the to-be-encoded data into the second encoding network to obtain a first feature; and finally encoding the first feature to obtain an encoded bitstream.

摘要: A cell handover method, apparatus, and system, where the cell handover method includes receiving, by a mobile edge computing (MEC) server, status information of a mobile terminal from a source cell, where the status information includes location information and speed information, determining, by the MEC server, a target cell based on the status information, where the MEC server serves the target cell, the target cell is neighboring to the source cell, and coverage of the target cell partially overlaps coverage of the source cell, and sending, by the MEC server, an identifier of the target cell to the mobile terminal using the source cell. According to the cell handover method, apparatus, and system provided in this application, cell handover is controlled using the MEC server to improve efficiency of the cell handover.

摘要: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a peripheral component interconnect express interface control unit. According to the method and apparatus provided in this application, an imaging quality change, which is caused by a temperature change, of a camera can be compensated for using a simple and convenient method, and practicability is high.

摘要: A file processing method and a storage device are disclosed. In the method, a storage device receives T files that are to be stored in the RAID, and determines a sequence number of a check block in a stripe of the RAID. The storage device repeatedly obtains a data block of the Kth file in the T files as the Kth data block in the stripe, where a value of K progressively increases from 1 to T, and the value of K is not equal to the sequence number of the check block in the stripe. After computing the check block according to data blocks, the storage device writes, into the T disks, the data blocks and the obtained check block in the stripe. By using the foregoing method, one file can be written into one disk of the RAID while ensuring security of file storage.
