    Abstract: Embodiments disclose an uplink data transmission method and apparatus. The method includes: determining M transmission areas allocated to a terminal device, and generating first information used to indicate the M transmission areas, where M is a positive integer, and the transmission area represents an air interface time-frequency resource that includes a time range and a frequency range that are specified by a communications system. The method also includes determining, for each transmission area of the M transmission areas, second information used to indicate a transport block size. The method also includes sending an indication message to the terminal device, so that the terminal device transmits uplink data according to the indication message, where the indication message includes the first information and the second information.

    Abstract: The present application provides a method for a terminal device to transmit uplink service data to a base station. The terminal device obtains uplink service data from a user input in a service session. The terminal device obtains a codebook from a preset codebook set of the terminal and a pilot sequence corresponding to the codebook. The terminal device generates an uplink data signal according to the codebook and the uplink service data, and generates a pilot signal corresponding to the pilot sequence. The terminal device transmits the uplink data signal and the pilot signal to the base station.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a communications method, device, and system. The method includes: monitoring whether a terminal on a macro network has a service requirement on a micro network, where the micro network is in the coverage area of the macro network, and all common physical channels or some common physical channels except a pilot channel on the micro network are in a disabled state; and if the terminal has a service requirement on the micro network, sending a network handover instruction that includes configuration information of the micro network to the terminal, where the network handover instruction is used to instruct the terminal to hand over from the macro network to the micro network.     Abstract: A method, an apparatus, and a system for coding and modulating data are disclosed.     Abstract: The present invention provides a method and a base station for managing capacity of a wireless communication network, which relates to the field of wireless communications and is capable of saving energy while adjusting capacity of a wireless communication network of a base station. The present invention includes: checking total traffic of all overlay networks belonging to the base station; if the checked total traffic keeps being smaller than a preset load threshold, searching for and determining a first overlay network; maintaining normal work of a power amplifier of at least one antenna in each group of antennas in the first overlay network and turning off power amplifiers of one or more other antennas; and connecting the one or more other antennas to the power amplifiers maintaining normal work in the groups in which the one or more other antennas are located.
