摘要: A system and method of automatically calculating boundaries for a semiconductor fabrication process. The method includes selecting a first parameter for monitoring during a semiconductor fabrication process. A first set of values for the first parameter are received and a group value of the first set is determined. Each value in the first set of values is normalized. A first weighting factor is selected based on a number of values in the first set. The embodiment also includes generating a first and a second boundary value as a function of the weighting factor, the first set normalized values and the group value of the first set and applying the first and second boundary values to control the semiconductor fabrication process.

摘要: A slider has an upper sliding element, a lower sliding element and a resilient tab. The upper sliding element has two first engaging segments disposed on an inner side of the upper sliding element. The lower sliding element has two second engaging segments disposed on an outer side facing the inner side of the upper sliding element and engaging the first engaging segments. A tab holding base is formed on and protrudes from the outer side of the lower sliding element and has a chamber defined in the tab holding base. The resilient tab is held in the chamber in the lower sliding element and has two legs. Accordingly, a slider having a structure in a closed condition is provided to prevent objects from entering into the chamber to interfere the operation of the resilient tab and the operation of the slider is smooth.

摘要: A semiconductor rectifier includes a semiconductor substrate having a first type of conductivity. A first layer, which is formed on the substrate, has the first type of conductivity and is more lightly doped than the substrate. A second layer having a second type of conductivity is formed on the substrate and a metal layer is disposed over the second layer. The second layer is lightly doped so that a Schottky contact is formed between the metal layer and the second layer. A first electrode is formed over the metal layer and a second electrode is formed on a backside of the substrate.

摘要: A time-switch device and method for the same is provided. The time-switch device mainly comprises a microprocessor unit, and an input element and a key secret element that are connected to the microprocessor unit. The microprocessor unit is connected to a data storage unit storing the time switch method and to a power control unit to control the connected host turning ON or OFF in a predetermined time of the schedule set in the time switch method stored in the time-switch device. Thus, the time-switch device and method for the same may not only force a user to use the host in a limited service time, but also prevent data in the host from being leaked.

摘要: A termination structure is provided for a power transistor. The termination structure includes a semiconductor substrate having an active region and a termination region. The substrate has a first type of conductivity. A termination trench is located in the termination region and extends from a boundary of the active region toward an edge of the semiconductor substrate. A doped region having a second type of conductivity is disposed in the substrate below the termination trench. A MOS gate is formed on a sidewall adjacent the boundary. The doped region extends from below a portion of the MOS gate spaced apart from the boundary toward the edge of the semiconductor substrate. A termination structure oxide layer is formed on the termination trench covering a portion of the MOS gate and extends toward the edge of the substrate. A first conductive layer is formed on a backside surface of the semiconductor substrate and a second conductive layer is formed atop the active region, an exposed portion of the MOS gate, and extends to cover a portion of the termination structure oxide layer.

摘要: A digital filtering system, method, and program thereof are described. In the system, firstly a sensor obtains an analog physiological signal, a quantizing module transforms the physiological signal to a digitalized frequency domain signal, and then a specification parameter module obtains a feature model satisfying the frequency domain signal by matching, for a deciding process module to determine which decision parameter should be used. A filter-Clustering management module starts a relevant filter module according to the matching decision parameter to filter the frequency domain signal. On the contrary, when the frequency domain signal is an abnormal signal, the quantizing module outputs the abnormal signal to a back-end server system. The server system builds more than one updating parameter to update all the decision parameters and feature parameters. Therefore, the decision parameters and the feature parameters are updated on real time, and the physiological signal filtering result is quickly obtained.

摘要: A system and method for perceiving and relaxing emotions are described. The system includes a biosensor, an emotion database, a media player, and an emotion analysis module. According to the method, first, the biosensor detects bio-signals from an individual. Next, the emotion analysis module analyzes the bio-signals to construct a 3D emotional coordinate system, then calculates the position of the bio-signals in the 3D emotional coordinate system to determine the emotional state of the individual, and obtains a media information corresponding to the emotional state information from the emotion database. Afterward, the media information is played by the media player to stabilize the emotion of the individual. In this manner, the emotion of the individual is controlled in a stable and safe way, thus preventing causing any physiological or inveterate diseases of the individual. This method is applicable to perform long-term medical monitoring and treatment on patients with chronic/acute diseases.
