    摘要: A heat exchanger assembly may include an intercooler and a housing which encloses said intercooler. The housing may be part of a charge air line. The housing may include a charge air inlet, a charge air outlet and an opening through which the intercooler can be inserted into the housing from one side. The housing may also include a recess on the side opposite the opening, into which recess the intercooler engages. The heat exchanger assembly may include an elastic seal arranged in the region of the recess between the intercooler and the housing. The seal may be configured to at least one of bridge the deformation of the housing occurring during pressure pulsations, bridge relative movements between the intercooler and the housing, and tightly connect the intercooler to the housing in all operating states preventing an undesirable bypass flow.

A shoulder between the near-bottom and end-side section has a contour running transverse to the contour of the near-bottom section and/or the end-side section, and the end-side section is inclined away from a passage axis.     摘要: A heat exchanger has a plurality of intermediate plates arranged one atop the other to form a stack having first and second ends. At least one first fluid channel through conducts a first fluid and at least one second fluid channel through conducts a second fluid. The intermediate plates are geometrically configured to define at least a portion of each of the first and second fluid channels. An end plate is arranged on one of the ends of the stack and a first inlet opening communicates with the first fluid channel for introducing the first fluid and a first outlet opening communicates with the first fluid channel for conducting the first fluid out of the heat exchanger. A second inlet opening communicates with the second fluid channel for introducing the second fluid and a second outlet opening communicates with the second fluid channel for conducting the second fluid away from the heat exchanger. The end plate has at least one expansion zone for reducing the stiffness thereof.

    摘要: The invention relates to an intake pipe for an internal combustion engine of a motor vehicle, comprising a housing that defines a charge-air channel and an intercooler having a cooler block, which is arranged in the housing in such a way that the charge air can flow through the cooler block. The cooler block of the intercooler terminates on a side facing the housing with an outer component, preferably a cooling fin, and at least one recess is formed in said outer component of the cooler block, the at least one recess extending at least across part of the length of the cooler block substantially perpendicularly to the charge-air flow direction.
