    摘要: A device for the reduction of nitrogen oxides in the exhaust gas of internal combustion engines has a thermolysis reactor (10). In the thermolysis reactor (10), urea is converted into ammonia and isocyanic acid by means of the supply of heat. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the thermolysis reactor (10) is arranged within the exhaust gas duct (26) and is thermally coupled to an oxidation catalytic converter (30) which is connected upstream of the thermolysis reactor (10) in the flow direction. As a result of the exothermic reactions taking place in the oxidation catalytic converter (30), it is possible for heating of the thermolysis reactor (10) to take place. In order to further increase the temperature, it is possible for fuel to be injected into the oxidation reactor (30) by means of a fuel supply device. The fuel is burned catalytically in the oxidation catalytic converter (30).

    摘要: An air control valve for internal combustion engines having a turbocharger, is placed inside a bypass channel between a pressure side and an intake side of a boost pressure pump of the turbocharger, and has a housing which incorporates an electromagnetic drive unit and a valve unit movable in the housing. The valve unit has a valve rod and a valve closing body attached thereto and a circular sealing element. An arrangement is provided to keep the moving valve unit in a closed position when no current is supplied to the valve unit. At least one pressure compensation opening is provided in the moving valve unit, and the valve closing body has a cylindrical lateral surface which is arranged in such a manner that a housing interior is sealed towards the pressure side or the intake side.

    摘要: A valve device for a hydraulic circuit includes an actuator unit, a valve unit and an opening. The actuator unit comprises an electromagnetic circuit comprising a movable armature, a core, a coil configured to be supplied with a current and a flux guiding means, and a space arranged in a valve interior between the armature and the core. The valve unit comprises an outlet, an inlet arranged between the outlet and the space in the valve interior, a valve seat arranged between the inlet and the outlet, and a valve closing body connected with the armature. The valve closing body is spring-loaded towards the valve seat. The opening is arranged at an end of the valve unit opposite to the space. The opening comprises a valve tappet arranged therein. The valve tappet is pressure-loaded and displaceable counter to the valve closing body in an opening direction.
