Abstract:
A fluid filter with a housing, a fluid inlet, a fluid outlet, a central standpipe which forms the fluid outlet, a filter insert which is plugged onto the standpipe, and a valve unit which is arranged on the outer circumference of the standpipe. The valve unit has a valve seat, a valve body which can be moved in the axial direction of the standpipe, a valve spring which is guided on the standpipe and biases the valve body in the valve closing direction, and a valve spring support which is attached to the standpipe. The valve body is made of an elastomer body, and an intermediate valve ring which is guided on the standpipe in an axially movable manner, is arranged between the valve spring and the valve body.
Abstract:
A fluid filter mountable on a connection flange having a central stand pipe, and having an exchangeable filter insert. The insert has a hollow cylindrical filter material body with two end plates on its end faces and is mountable on the stand pipe. A cup-shaped screw housing of the filter can be screwed to a free end of the stand pipe, and supports a seal on a free edge thereof, via which the screw housing is sealable against a connection flange sealing surface when mounted. The filter has a first arrangement on an end face area to center the end face area to the flange. The filter insert has a second arrangement on the end face area outer periphery for centering the screw housing free edge relative to the connection flange sealing surface, wherein the second arrangement interacts in a centering manner with the screw housing free edge when installed.
Abstract:
A filter comprising a filter housing, a removable housing cover closing the housing during operation, a liquid inlet, a filtered liquid outlet, an exchangeable filter cartridge separating a raw side of the filter from a clean side, and a filter bypass valve comprising a valve seat and a valve body movably guided relative to the valve seat and biased in a closed direction. The valve seat is fixed in or on the housing cover, the valve body and a spring pre-loading the valve body in the closed direction are guided in or on the housing cover and are fixed to the cover. The filter cartridge has a spring support, such that when the cartridge is installed in the filter and the housing cover is attached to the housing, the end of the spring facing away from the valve body is supported and pre-stressed via the spring support.
Abstract:
A filter which can be attached to a connection flange, wherein the filter has an exchangeable filter insert having a hollow cylindrical filter material body enclosed on its faces by two end plates, wherein the filter has a cup-shaped housing, which can be sealed in the assembled state on the free edge against a sealing surface of the connection flange by means of a circumferential seal, and wherein the seal is arranged on the outside circumference of a circumferential seal carrier forming a part of the filter insert. The filter seal is a sealing ring having a rectangular cross-section in an unloaded state, radial contours being arranged on the outer circumference of the seal carrier, and, during assembly of the housing, the seal can be pressed into the engagement contours and is permanently malleable, undergoing axial shortening and radial expansion on the inner circumference thereof.
Abstract:
A fluid filter comprising a housing with a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet, a central vertical pipe that forms the fluid outlet, a filter cartridge pushed onto the vertical pipe, and a valve unit. The vertical pipe has a screw thread on each axial end region for connection into the housing on one side and to a filter connection flange on the other side, and at least one passage in the region lying between the end regions. In one aspect, the vertical pipe has, on the outer periphery of the region lying between the axial end regions, guide elements for at least one valve body of the valve unit and/or guide elements and retaining elements for a valve spring support of the valve unit.
Abstract:
A fluid filter comprising a housing, a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet, a filter element separating a raw side and a clean side from one another, and a valve unit. The valve unit comprises a valve plate arranged concentrically in the housing and having the shape of a circular ring disc, having valve openings and a flexible circular-ring-disc-shaped valve membrane arranged on the valve plate. The filter element comprises an axially protruding pressure-exerting ring shaped as a circumferential annular collar on the end face thereof facing the valve unit when installed. When installed in the housing, the filter element, with an end face of the pressure-exerting ring, presses the valve membrane axially onto the valve plate. The valve membrane, with the membrane region thereof pressed by the pressure-exerting ring onto the valve plate, forms a seal separating the raw side from the clean side of the fluid filter.
Abstract:
A liquid filter having a housing with a removable cover and an exchangeable cylindrical insert enclosed by two end disks. The filter has a bypass valve and the upper end disk has a central valve seat interacting with a valve body. The housing has a central discharge duct, with a closure pin fixed in the duct which is axially adjustable between closed and open positions. The filter has a valve body carrier connected, with limited axial displaceability, to the pin. The carrier, on its free end, has the bypass valve body, and onto which the insert end disk is mountable. The carrier is preloaded with a force, acting in the closing direction of the valve via a housing spring. During mounting of the insert onto the carrier, a force acting in the closing direction of the closure pin can be exerted directly on the pin by the insert.
