摘要: An elevator system in which an elevator-car and a counter weight are suspended on a pulley system in a hoistway. The elevator system includes a receiving unit for receiving an electric power from a feeding unit provided in the hoistway, an inverter for converting the received electric power into ac power, a motor connected to an ac side of the inverter for driving the counter weight in up and down directions, a sensor for detecting a position of the receiving unit, and a control unit for controlling an inverter on the basis of the position detected by the position sensor. The counter weight carries the receiving means, the inverter, and the motor.

摘要: An elevator in which the sheave diameter is reduced and the attendant lowering of the rope life and strength is suppressed to secure safety and reliability. To this end, a rope is used in which a plurality of element wires constituting the wire rope are each covered with resin material and the whole wire rope is covered with resin material, thereby reducing the wear due to slippage between the element wires and the wear due to contact with the sheave, which wear occurs when the rope is entrained around the sheave. When the elevator sheave diameter is reduced, a worried lowering of the rope life can be suppressed or the rope life can be improved. Thus, it is possible to achieve reduction of size and weight of equipment including motors and hoists, installation space saving for elevators, improved safety and reliability of the system by virtue of the increased rope life.

摘要: A power converter comprising a current-type inverter is disclosed, in which an output of a converter unit is applied as an input to the inverter unit through a DC reactor, and AC power is supplied to a load from the inverter unit. A ripple component of the DC input of the inverter unit is detected, and the switching elements of the inverter unit are controlled by modulation rate if they are to be subjected to PWM control, thus completing a sinusoidal waveform of the output of the inverter unit. Specifically, since the input to the inverter unit is allowed to contain a ripple, the DC reactor is reduced in size. The output of the inverter unit is a sinusoidal AC power containing no high harmonics and therefore the load is free of effects of high harmonics.

摘要: An elevator group control system includes a reference route generating portion, which for each elevator, generates a reference route which the elevator should follow with respect to the time axis and position axis; and an assignment portion which selects an elevator for assignment to a generated hall call so as to make the actual trajectory of each elevator closer to its reference route. Reference routes which guide the cage's trajectory into temporally equal interval condition are generated, and car assignment is executed to allow the cages to settle in temporally equal interval condition over a long period of time.

摘要: An elevator group control system is provided which stably keeps cage's position in temporally equal interval condition over a long period of time.The present invention provides a system comprising: reference route generating means, which for each elevator, generates a reference route which the elevator should follow with respect to the time axis and position axis; and assignment means which selects an elevator for assignment to a generated hall call so as to make the actual trajectory of each elevator closer to its reference route.Since reference routes which guides the cage's trajectory into temporally equal interval condition are generated and car assignment is executed so as to make the respective cages follow their reference routes, it is possible to allow the cages to settle in temporally equal interval condition over a long period of time.
